Very clean,the bar/restaurant was very good.The air conditioner was loud. But all and all great place to stay.

We paid for the breakfast, which was made to order from a small selection. It was delicious and a good value. We just had to leave a tip for the very nice server. Overall hotel was much better than average.

Property was great although housekeeping was slamming the door at 7am with the deadbolt open so it kept knocking and was EXTREMELY loud. Unacceptable for a hotel on a Sunday morning when people are sleeping.

Do not use this hotel they were extremely rude and had zero customer service. I called in to cancel and was told no problem, but then they played a game and refused to refund or cancel even though I was told over the phone otherwise. Extremely upsetting snd shows their lack of care for customers. I would put my money into a different hotel that cares and valued customers.

Good size room and clean AC is really noisy

It was nice, clean, and comfortable. I have fragrance sensitivities and the room was not filled with scented air freshener which is always a plus for me.

We didn't get to try the on-site sushi restaurant because of other plans and lack of time, but friends and family all recommended it. We will definitely be back.

The location was great for attending Railbird in downtown. Wry comfortable bed and pillows. I appreciated the quiet AC unit to have a restful night’s sleep.

Quiet, safe, and clean. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for more.

We were not able to check in on the first night of a four night reservation and when we made it to the hotel we were told our reservation had been cancelled and we might not have a room. They were able to find a room, but the check in interaction was not pleasant.
