All aspects of the Hotel were neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Property was newly remodeled. This is my go to place to stay whenever I go to Kentucky. The renovations were much needed and brings the establishment to current times. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist. Culinary staff always on top of things and doing a great job. The new addition to the evening culinary staff, the Sous Chef, she is wonderful and has excellent customer service skills. Property management needs to do whatever they can to keep the staff that they have on hand, as I do a wonderful job. This property will continue to be my go to spot when I visit Kentucky.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was great. They answered any questions and were very helpful. The breakfast was good. I had dinner in the bar and it was fantastic. The bartenders were excellent.

The lady in the front desk when I checked in was super nice and super helpful, we would definitely be back to this hotel whenever we visits our daughter to the University of Kentucky. The hotel was super nice and super clean.

Breakfast was nice, the gentleman cooking the omlets was very friendly and funny. Your front desk staff did not bother to inform us that there was a per day parking charge. We requested an accessible bathroom and apparently your idea of accessible is a grab bar in the shower.
