Beautiful design lobby and rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast area is awesome . Indoor pool is nice and clean. Want to go back just to stay there .

The room was very comfortable . I am disabled and there were ample parking spaces for me to easily leave my car and come into the hotel.

Traffic getting to the hotel was terrible! Fortunately there is a Cracker Barrel restaurant within walking distance as the thought of leaving and fighting our way back through traffic was awful. The front desk staff were friendly but unhelpful. I had secured two rooms for our traveling party. We made sure that it was clear in check in that I would be paying for one room and payment for the other room would be made by my companion. The check in staff said ‘no problem’ and took my friend’s credit card info for the payment on his room. When checking out the next morning I asked the clerk for a receipt and he told me that I would receive that from Expedia. Not only have I not received a receipt, but my credit card was charged for both rooms! A minimal amount of effort on the part of the staff at checkout would have avoided this.

May me you should have a couple of more EV charging stations. Else the property and the amenities and excellent.

I liked everything. Stayed one night in nice room with a very comfortable bed that I slept well in. Great breakfast selection. Will definitely return when in Lexington. Thanks

We were welcomed by Jason and his team and made to feel at home. The only down mark was based on one of the beds, but when the front desk was notified the next morning (it wasn't an intolerable issue), they marked it for immediate maintenance check. You could tell they take great pride in their facility!

Stopped here on the way home. The hotel room wasclean, spacious and the beds comfortable. There were many conveniences for travellers in the Lobby and their breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was good, location is great, pet friendliness is good. Wish there was a designated fenced in dog area, the TV cable setup is wonky, and no coffee machine in my room.

The staff was extremely helpful and understanding when we found ourselves in an unfortunate situation. They went above and beyond to help and accommodate us!

Bathroom sink was dirty and clearly not cleaned before we got there. Long blonde hair all over the sink. Shower was okay, just seemed a little dirty and not cleaned overall. Front staff was incredibly nice.
