There was no published telephone number online to ask questions about an existing reservation, or to find out if early check-in was possible. Breakfast was not open at 6A as advertised, and no coffee was available. Room coffee maker did not work. Later, "hot" breakfast was cold. Two very old arm chairs in the 4th floor hallway had peeling leather and need to be taken to the dump. At 11p, teenagers were running and shouting in the 4th floor hallway. If there is no hotel security to monitor, logic would suggest putting teenagers on a different floor than 60- and 70-somethings.

The staff member checking me in was so kind and helpful. The linens and main room were clean, the water pressure was great, however, the bathroom looked terrible! Mold on the bathroom floor and in all the corners of the shower, the bottom of the tub was all brown and cracked, the piles of caulk couldn’t hide the large areas of separation from the wall. The curtains were ripped, like an animal attacked them. The hallway wreaked of smoke, and there were bleach stains all over the carpet. I wouldn’t even think of getting the included breakfast there. This corporation should be ashamed that the property with their name on it, is in such bad shape.

Great location. Parking was easy. Check-in was fast and easy. Coffee and Cookies at the door. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast exceeded my expectations: hot waffle station, fresh eggs, sausage, biscuits, and fruit. I checked in late and left early, but was very happy with the quality of the short stay. I'm not a big fan of the soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers that are mounted to the wall.

Felt safe. Close to dining. The furniture in the room was covered in large stains. The outside door had a large gap & the bathroom door was almost impossible to open. TV did not work & my husband had to fix it when the staff wouldn’t respond to us. We also had to tighten the toilet lid. We had to cover the furniture with blankets to sit on it.
