Bluegrass Extended Stay Hotel

The cleanness is OK during the day.But in the middle of the night I was woken up by Strong stench of cigarettes smell.And later on I saw the parking lot was littered with so many cigarettes buts.I guess they come from the guests and Long term residents there.Even you have a non smoking room,it still poses healt risk.If you are a non smoker, do not stay here.

It is located in a good area with many options for shopping and dining. The staff was courteous and attentive. An overall good value

The rooms are a little run down but clean. The bed was very comfortable.

I was overly impressed by how clean my room was. No cracks in the walls, full size fridge, oh, and the carpet looked brand new. Very comfortable bed too! Definitely my place to stay if needed again.

It was in a convenient location The air conditioner didnt cool off the whole room

Amazing location, and the room was spotlessly clean. Interactions with the front desk staff were very good, everyone was nice and helpful. Good shower with good water pressure. Room was very quiet, and the dark curtains made for some good sleeping! The room itself was quite small, and the pillows were all differing degrees of lumpy.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was dirty. Our shoes stuck to the bathroom and "kitchenette" floors. This is NOT an Extended Stay place. There was a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. There were NO utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, toaster, or cookware. There were paper coffee cups when we arrived and a small coffee maker. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned after the first night, the beds were not made, and we were given no additional coffee cups even though I specifically asked for some. The noise was awful. The walls are paper thin. Not only could we hear our neighbors talk, but we also had to put up with them being "very amorous" in the middle of the night. The electrical outlets did not easily hold a plug, so it was difficult to use anything that was electrical. Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT stay here.

Parking is safe. But the water is running very little in the basin.

Close to my drop off.. Didn’t realize I booked a smoking room so had to put up with the smell everywhere…. In the room and burnt hole covers..
