The first room I was given had wet carpet from a plumbing leak. The manager (?) did her best to get me into a much better room, but the bathtub had some kind of rusty red spatter in it. I was too tired to ask for another room. Just skipped taking a shower. Breakfast was decent.

Parking was inconvenient due to renovations being done. Renovations weren’t disclosed when booking online. There was trash found in our room. Staff acted like we were inconveniencing them.

My wife and I have stayed at this property twice before and I would rate those stays to be very good. I am disappointed to say that this stay was quite poor in comparison. While the front desk staff are professional, efficient and friendly, dirty bed linen, a cockroach in the bathroom and declining standards of breakfast items marred our stay this time. I understand that cockroaches are natives to Texas but a hotel should have adequate measures in place to eliminate such things in guest rooms. As for dirty bed linen, I cannot see how the staff responsible for Housekeeping did not notice this when making up the bed. The breakfast items on offer in the past were much more appetizing than what was available this time. Overdone bacon, anemic looking sausages and soggy, cold sausage and cheese biscuits were not that inviting. Sorry, we will not be returning to this property again

2nd I get to my room and it smelled like old like the carpet was dirty. 3rd I proceeded to go into the restroom and we only had 1 set of face and bath towels for 3 people. I asked the front desk, management and housekeeping and the same rehearsed lie at different times, they are being washed and we will get you some as soon as the are done. 4th I had left and come back later that evening asking for towels AGAIN and was told the same lie the 4th time about the towels but was told oh you had a DND sign on your door but all I have are a few towels again being washed. 5th She gave me those towels but then asked if I the(Customer) can you please Bring ME (Front Desk) the towels that you have already. Ma'am if I had towels the first time then I wouldn't be ASKING for any. Seriously??? 6th I even showed her the dirty towels and there was no concern, or sincere apologies AT ALL. 6TH We traveled all the way from Knoxville TN and decided to stay here because we felt like it was a great place to stay. 7th To top it off when we were getting ready to check out we had a lot of luggage and the whole cart fell apart. I Will Never Be Back. Oh I will be posting pictures. This Is Ridiculous, Unsafe , An Sad.

First room they gave us had bags in it. They said no one else had the room so the bags must be from the family that checked out yesterday. So my first thought is the room wasn’t cleaned because the staff would have noticed bags. There are stains on the sheets and sideboards on the wall coming off. The pool is gross looking. We are here with two other families who both also have stained sheets. One had hair in their sheets as well. We all literally slept with our own blankets on top of the blankets.

The room was good. Parking was good. TV doesn’t have automatic shutoff- yay. It was fairly quiet, but I could hear some noise from the hallway, but none from the plumbing. I would stay here again. Checkin was fast.

We got there early and it was such a process to just find out if we could check in early. However they said there was no rooms available and we could come back around 1pm we did and still no rooms we left came back around 3ish and finally got our room. In the morning went for breakfast and it was a huge turn off for me. I get that you can’t control the mess that guests make but that is why you should be well staffed so that someone is keeping the food area clean. It seemed to be only one woman working all the food was just about empty. I asked the lady if there was anymore oatmeal and she said no English so I then asked in Spanish and she just made a face and did not answer. My irritation was like a simple answer would have been fine but she just walked off so fine I figured I would just get something different. After limited options I see her bringing hot food breakfast Sandwiches 2 pieces at a time. I thought as you are bringing the food out why not bring a kitchen towel and wipe up area cause it looks disgusting. So back to my room I called front office to see if we could get a late check out and was told they would call me back and let me know 30 minutes go by still no call so I called back and was told she was getting permission and had messaged her boss and still had not got a response. I have never heard this before anytime I’ve ever wanted to do late check out it’s not an issue. Finally I got a call saying we could check out 1 hour later than check out.

The hotel is not new and need to update. The time when I was in hotel, the elevate wasn't working. However, the receptionist informed it to me, and I accepted to stay. The most thing I like about the hotel is their staffs: nice, helpfull and profesional. This made me felt comfortable during my staying.

There was no stay. The hotel closed down because of damage. No email. No phone call. The hotel closed 4 days before my arrival. More than enough time to notify guests!!! I had to drive around for one hour and a half looking for a hotel that had occupancy. I managed to get a hotel for one night and then had to change to another hotel for the second night. Terrible communication on all parties involved!!

I had just come from a very, very difficult move and my apartment was not going to be ready for a few days. I checked into the hotel previously I called to ask how soon the room could be ready the general manager who is incredibly kind, professional, and amazing went out of her way for me told me that she could have a room ready for me within one hour. I showed up there less than half an hour late later she had my room ready. She greeted me at the door by my name. I was very emotional because of everything that I was going through due to this move she truly made me feel as if I was at home. I felt safe comfortable, and I’m extremely grateful for her. I don’t remember her name, but she is the general manager at the Fairfield Inn in Lewisville, Texas, the cleaning ladies, the Maintenance Director the check-in desk people every single person that I came into contact with that work there was extremely professional, very helpful and exemplary customer service. I’m truly grateful that I was able to stay here until my apartment was Ready. I would give this hotel more than five stars if I could a big huge thank you to everybody who played part in me, feeling safe and comfortable until my home was ready.

Sheets were DISGUSTING! The room was obviously not cleaned before our stay. They could not switch our room because they were apparently sold out. When we checked out I spoke with the general manager and I was asked if I took pictures. I informed her no I did not take pictures, we were in a hurry to get the sheets off so we could put a new pair on. Not impressed!

I did not receive room service until the evening before my checkout 3/4 days no clean towels, no trash replacement, I requested everyday more than 3x and still was not accommodated. My room key also did not work 2/4 days so it was an inconvenience for staff and I as to I had to wait for someone to let me in my own room every time . Thomas -land Maria were very helpful other than those two, services and staff were poorly handled.

Overall it was a good experience. Our only issue was regarding the room assignment. When making the reservation we requested a room that would sleep 5. When we arrived we were given a room that only slept 4. The hotel staff was not able to give us a new room assignment. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to make it work. The staff provided a complement of sheets, pillows, and blankets. Not ideal, but it worked.

The room was clean. The WiFi went in and out a lot. The tv wasn't good. Mostly because the remote control was hard to operate. You had to press the buttons several times to make it do anything. I finally gave up and started watching on my phone. Other than that it was okay. Breakfast was good.

They had ham,egg,and cheese croissants that were as big as your typical quarter pound hamburger & they were hot & delicious. Had a juice machine with 4 kinds of juices. We got the rooms that say they sleep 5. In reality it will sleep 6. Very well priced. Highly recommend it!

The location was convenient and all employees we came across were pleasant and helpful. I called and asked for more towels and they were knocking on the door within 5 minutes with the towels. The free breakfast was decent, except for the eggs, which looked like they were powdered eggs with water added. They did offer gluten free and dairy free options which was appreciated. You could tell this location was run well. Good employees with customer service, which is hard to find today.

Upon entering the room the television was on and it appeared some one had been in the room. We didn't say anything. Thought maybe a maid may have just left the TV on. The 2nd day, same thing. Come back TV on. 2 days after our stay the hotel charged $500 to our debit card saying the cable box and remote were stolen.

Nice property, good breakfast. Just a few qwerks.... my door to the room was hard to open, had to give a good shoulder bump to it. No shower curtain, I used the towels provided to clean up the water. The housekeeping came in and straightened the room, took the bath mat but didn't replace it. All in all, I would stay there again.

This hotel location made it easy to visit family and friends in Lewisville and Flower Mound. The room was clean, bed comfortable and it was very quite. It also was a great location for connecting to freeway system to visit area interests. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Upon entry it smelled like sewage terribly. When entering the elevator it was broken and exposed wood showing and was creaking, because of this we only used stairs and had to walk outside to get to the lobby due to the first floor being closed. My room smelled horrible and the air conditioner was extremely loud and vibrating. I called to see about air freshener for the smell and they sent someone in with a spray bottle and saturated the floors so they were then wet. I definitely would not recommend this place at all.
