The breakfast was really good and quick. We loved the fresh coffee grinder. The room was very spacious and had a fridge and coffee maker. However the lobby had afresh ground coffee make available 24/7 so we just went there. Parking was free and very close to our room. It was right next to a Costco, and tons of great restaurants. Overall it was a great facility.

I liked the willingness of the staff. They were very helpful during our stay. The breakfast had a nice spread as well. What I did not like is when I checked into my room, it was extremely smelly housekeeping had to come up and spray air freshener. The room also did not get extremely cold so we were hot. We would’ve liked to use the pool, but it did rain during our stay again, the staff there was extremely nice and helpful. The gym equipment did not work.

We stay in this hotel every time we go to visit our family!!! It is convenient and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Out of all the hotels I have stayed at from the colony all the way to Frisco, Holiday inns, LaQuinta and any other in the past 2 months, this hotel ranks #1, in all categories. The only thing that I dislike was the cleaning staff forgets to put coffee and cups in the room, but the rooms are cleaned, beds made and linen replaced every day. The lady at the desk in the evening has been very helpful.

The breakfast bar was fine, although the pancake machine was broken which disappointed a family member. The treadmills in the fitness room did not seem to work. The room was comfortable and we slept well, which is the most important thing.

I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn. The hotel is located near several dining and shopping areas. The staff is great!! We only stayed a night but the breakfast was good and they even had little grab-and-go bags available. They normally have a variety of breakfast options, including a pancake machine. The lobby also had infused water which we loved after driving in from a drier climate.

I was liking the hotel until Saturday morning. The maintenance mopped the elevator and did not put the sign. The sign there was permanently attached. it makes the floor super slippery. I went sliding and fell as soon as i entered the elevator. I busted my knee and hurt my hand. They are lucky i was not elderly and could have broken something . Thats a lawsuit

The toilet was also the worst. On the positive side, the housekeeping was amazing and sweet. The place was quiet and had no loud noises, so we slept great.

The elevator didn’t work and they didn’t offer to put me in a 1st floor room. Also, the carpets and floors need to be disinfected better. Smelled like stinky feet.

After looking at countless hotels in the area, we finally decided this one looked worth trying. We are so thankful we did! Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Front Desk worker, Melissa, was an absolute delight after a long day! She welcomed me with the highest spirts and made me ready for my stay, also helped me sign up for the rewards program. I felt very safe as a solo woman here, and would stay here again with no concern or issue at all.

I did not receive the room that I specifically booked due to my physical disabilities. I booked a room with a walk-in shower with a seat and paid a higher price for that room configuration. Instead, I was given a room that was wheelchair accessible, which had a bathtub with a bulky removable seat. I was not physically able to use that setup and therefore had to go without bathing for my entire stay. Absolutely unacceptable and I should get a refund for the extra cost I paid for a room setup that I didn't get.

Location worked for me, within 30 min to both downtown dallas & dfw airport, next to korean town. Close to hwy yet tucked away so convenient&quiet at same time.

Without a doubt, this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was spotless and I appreciated the hand-held shower head and walk in stall. Very clean. Excellent breakfast too.

The services to check in. The food was not as others locations. Staff not friendly and the water to shower was super hot couldn't get a shower that water could get you a degrees of burns on skin.

She never lost her composure or showed any frustration in the situation. On Saturday we had a second reservation requiring us to need to check out and check back in. The hotel is clean with big rooms and comfortable beds.

This Holiday Inn was perfect for our trip! The lady who checked us in was an absolute doll! The sweetest lady! Bed was comfy, and breakfast was great each morning. We always enjoy trips to Texas and will keep this hotel in mind next time we visit. N/A Everything was great!

Ample parking in a very well lite, safe area. And, next door to COSCO! The pool doesn't open until 10AM.

The tub was filthy. The shower would not drain properly and water was up to my shin. They moved my room and the issue was there also. When I asked the night shift they told me the manager/maintenance would be in to address it. The next morning when I inquired about service they said because of the holiday no one could assist me. I checked out and am currently still waiting on a refund for the unused nights.

It was a great experience and staff was very helpful. The elevator was down the entire time but they had someone there to help carry luggage. And he was great. No issues or anything. A good, safe place to stay near Dallas.

Sharon at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. I called the hotel prior to checking in to request an earlier check-in. She didn't hesitate to assist me with my request as I explained to her we had no power at home due to the recent storm in our area. When I arrived, she quickly got us checked in so that we could enjoy our room and I could finally get some work done.

The Expidea Photos are nothing like what is actual. Hotel is very dated and parking lot only has half the lights working. Elevator equipment room door propped open with chair, as I guess there is an issue with overheating or something with the equipment. The note on elevator states quite time is at 10pm, but apparently the person or persons occupying the room above us did not see that notice as they have be running or pacing loudly from about 10:00 pm until 1 am, which we could hear the ever step they make. ATM is out of order and snack area has no snacks, but photos on Expedia shows plentiful of snacks and drinks. No sheets on pull out bed as well. For the same price we could have stayed at a more not so dated hotel down the street with better amenities.

Very friendly desk clerk. Alex greeted us and was very informative of the amenities that were offered and also was kind enough to provide extra towels. Also the evening Manager I think his name was Greg was very friendly and helpful. I did have. Run in with a small spider in our room. I won that fight. But all in all we like staying here. This was out 2nd time.

We keep choosing this one because of the location...its easy to get to and get out of. There are quite a few eating options so close by and the staff is always so friendly!

There were crumbs or sandy particles in the bed sheets, and we had to shake the sheets to clean whatever it was off. It was way too late at night to complain, so we dealt with it. There was a roach in the room. The room was noisy above us. The breakfast foods were horrid and tasted old. The price was $200 per night after taxes and fees. Check in at 3:00. Not worth it all. We won’t be back.

Room was not ready. We were advised there would be a 10 minute wait. Meanwhile another couple showed up and was accommodated so as not to wait. No explanation given as to why they got priority.
