I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic and convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything was within reach, which made the trip so much more enjoyable. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. What truly stood out was the staff. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcomed and comfortable from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. I would definitely stay here again I would like to suggest a few areas for improvement to enhance the overall guest experience. Firstly, there was no hot water available in the shower, which was quite inconvenient, especially after a long day. Ensuring a consistent hot water supply would greatly improve comfort for guests. Secondly, the pillows provided were too soft and lacked proper support. Offering different pillow options (soft and firm) could help cater to guests’ preferences and improve sleep quality. Lastly, the food served was not halal. It would be helpful if the hotel could clearly indicate halal options or consider providing halal-certified meals to accommodate Muslim guests. With some improvements in these areas, I believe the hotel can provide an even better and more comfortable experience for future guests.

The location, right in the middle of the Aussie St Tropez A bit worn out equipment in the room like sofa, water taps and very difficult to adjust the shower water

Location and value. The premises where very tidy and would not hesitate to stay again for an overnight stay. That I was allocated a room with two single beds. Facilities for tea and coffee where not present.

Location was good. Was able to walk to most areas of interest. The room smelled like mildew.

Great location, good size rooms and beds, fridge was super cold, froze the water bottle which was a nice thing. Towels had many stains and smelled bad. Bathroom could use an upgrade.

Clean room. confortable beds, nice sitting area, nice pool, nice staff, free water and coffee. good location The wifi was extremely bad. if they improve the wifi then it could be perfect hotel. I couldn't work or even connect the TV to wifi.

This is my second time staying here. It's a lovely authentic place to stay with gorgeous gardens ,great pool and helpful staff. In a great location across from the AMV Shooters bar where great live music happens. Quiet and family friendly hotel. My bedroom had a comfy bed,great air con and also a big verandah. There was a musty smell in my room that stayed around for my three nights. I don't think it's the Hotel fault, it seems to be common in these areas. I think is just a Bali thing. I got used to it, so all good.

It’s close to everything the hired staff are lovely helpful and work hard The price was different to booking rooms wrong Ground floor 2 rooms 1st floor 2 room But there was 2 rooms on 2nd floor asked to change and we were charged extra .

Pool was quite nice. They let me check out two days early to find another place (got a refund too). I was given dirty stained towels. Bathroom had hole in the wall which bugs came in. Pillows felt ancient. Bed only had a sheet on it. Rooms are quite dated. Overall, looked different to the online images.

Central location. They never replied to my messages, Phonecalls, and / or email. So when I arrived at 2am in the morning they put me upstairs ? and charged me an extra amount. Then, when I requested to have a downstairs room, which I had already asked them for they charged another amount. I had also said that I would be here until the 22 and they only had me booked till the 21, so then I had to pay more, which has gone up by $8 from the original booking.

Spacious rooms, bathroom was fine. Location is great! Right over the road from Shooters and Espresso bar for late night partying! Pool looked good but couldn't use due to new tattoos. Renovations going on so was a bit of noise but will be great once finished :)

We hired a room here for several hours prior to our flight home. It was a good location, close to airport and did everything we needed it to - store our bags, and shower before departing.

Great place right in the middle of the night life of Kuta. The pool looks good but did not use due to fresh tattoos. I'm considering staying there for at least a few nights next trip. There are doing a lot of renovating and work around the grounds, so there was a lot of noise going on. I assume it will be completed soon and am keen to see the results of the new bridges over the fish ponds and upgrades to the grounds. For the price I paid the work going on did not bother me.
