Staff were super friendly . Great location and good value. The swimming pool was clean , and so was the room The walls are a little too thin you can hear the noise from the hall . The Breakfast pastries weren’t great, but nothing too bad

1. Location is good. Rooms are ok. However, prices for suite room are too high as compared to the facilities and size of the room. Price and facility as per the suite room, Despite late check in and prior information, room was not ready for more than an hour. Had to wait and then after so much wait, they change the room which was not really up to the level of suite room.

Location: walking distance to the famous bars street for foreigners. Front desk: very friendly and professional. Room: clean with cold AC. Breakfast buffet: I will give breakfast 10/10. Surprised. Swimming pool: good. AC was broken in the night. But maintenance arrived within 5-10 minutes. Once they found out it was unfixable, front desk immediately gave me a larger room for free. I am happy with how they handling the issue.

Breakfast Waited for the cardholder to arrive to give room to rest group, gave only a small room for 4 people till I arrived late night at 12:00am.after that second room AC was not working and took till 4:00am to get another room.

We stayed at Harper Kuta Hotel by ASTON for the third time, and once again, everything was great! The staff are just amazing — super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, even with things that go beyond their responsibilities. You really feel that they care about making your stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was cleaned daily, which was a lovely touch. It had everything we needed: air conditioning, TV, mini-bar, bathroom essentials, and a big comfy bed. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Kuta Beach and a shopping mall, so there's always something to do. Since the hotel is right on Legian Street, it's easy to get around by taxi or motorbike. A really nice surprise was a complimentary one-hour spa session from the hotel. It was such a relaxing experience — definitely recommend checking it out! Overall, Harper Kuta is a fantastic place not only for short stays but also for longer ones. They know how to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone! -

Very clean hotel, lovely staff and the shower pressure was very good and it was hot ? No shampoo or conditioner provided, ordering room service took forever, he kept asking me to wait wait wait. Then got someone else to do the order. There are renovations at the hotel next door so lots of drilling and banging going on.

The hotel was very clean staff on hand to help whenever needed. Staff were very polite. When asked for an upgrade, they even showed me the room before I committed. Will be staying again on my next visit to Bali ! The only thing I would like the hotel to take was feedback. When I asked to have my room cleaned, I did request the whole bedding to be changed but the sheet was only changed.
