What a wonderful hotel. Everything from the room to pools and surrounds and the staff was exceptional... Absolutely loved my stay.

The staff was excellent. They even prepared us breakfast boxes whenever we'd leave early for our tours. The room is always kept clean. It was a very relaxing stay for my husband and I. All in all, excellent! My only wish was that my neighbors weren't smokers. Our room featured a cabana but we never really had a chance to use it as the people in the adjacent room smoked in their own cabana.

The staff kindness cannot be described and the place was in the middle of everything. They even gave us a complimentary dinner for our honeymoon, and it was very kind from them

The staff is generally friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond with my missing sweater. The manager was very nice and apologetic - she was very lovely to deal with. The location is very central and you won't run out of things to do. To our surprise, the room were in was very quiet as we expected loud noises around Kuta area. The breakfast had a lot of options and changes each day. There's also free tea at the lobby. They a have a lot of in-house activities as well. Not too many bugs and mosquitoes around the area. Bathroom was not well maintained. It creates flooding after a shower. We tried putting towels to stop it from flooding but did not help. Cracked tiles and black mold all around it. There's also a stale smell coming from the bathroom but this is because of the humidity. It's just a shame because the room itself is very clean and the hotel presents itself very well. However, when you open the bathroom, it looks very run down. We also noticed that reception staff changes too often that communication doesn't align. Sometimes you get someone very helpful and then in the afternoon you'll get someone who is completely unaware about a situation.

Complimentary beverages at the lobby were nice, especially the tea. The place felt like "home away from home." Nice local character. The music from a bar across the street was pretty loud. Thank God the music faded after 9 pm. The towels need replacement--they were thin and did not feel right. We asked for a cab the following morning for an early flight. Cab was there but driver was gone. The front desk person had no idea how to contact the driver. We gave up after fifteen minutes and got a Grab ride instead.

We had a difficult trip with a lot of logistics that went wrong in Indo. However, the staff and team at 14 Roses went above & beyond to make our situation right. We will now always stay here again in the future when we are back in Bali! Nothing. These guys turned our difficult situation into relief & joy!

I like the staff a lot, they are very friendly. Foods is excellent. I really recommend have dinner there at there restaurant then randomly find it outside the hotel because it is cheaper and better quality. On Saturday night, they have promotion which is really great. Location is far from the beach, but we can walk and enjoy shopping along the way

The staff are so welcoming and goes beyond to help u and are so friendly. Fourteen roses such a beautiful place can't wait to come back again ?
