Location The reciption close by 2 am max and you cannot request any service. When you put the dont disturb sign they try to enter and they ignore. The cost is very high

Our room was massive and had an incredible view of the skyline and palm trees. There was construction going on every day from 9-5pm so it wasn’t possible to relax and enjoy the pool or the balcony because of the noise.

The size of the room, bathroom and bed. They were all very spacious Hash browns at breakfast everyday would have been great

Location. Staff super lovely. Room is clean, bed is HUGE. Not hotels fault. Next door room kept TV on loud till 4am. Likely jetlagged.

Breakfast was always good, good selection of fresh foods and the egg station is always awesome. Coffee could be better, but still enjoyable. Rooms are always clean and well maintained. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, nothing is ever too much trouble. ... having to leave ... :-(

Everything was good from the cocktails down to my bed there way nothing bad about the place The beds so good even the pillows and the rooms were so big the spa place was the best there as well

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. Rooms & Maintenance: We stayed in both a Family Suite and a Junior Suite, and both had serious issues. The Family Suite had a strong sewage smell that made the room uncomfortable. Despite complaining to housekeeping, nothing was done. The sliding door in the kids’ bedroom was broken. Fortunately, we didn’t have children with us, but this would have been unsafe otherwise. The Junior Suite’s air conditioning was completely non-functional. Instead of offering an immediate room change, the hotel sent an engineer late at night (around 12:30 AM) to “fix” it and asked us to wait 30 minutes. The fix didn’t work. We finally received a replacement room around 1:30 AM, but even that room’s AC took most of the night to cool. This resulted in a very uncomfortable night, especially for my elderly parents. Breakfast: Breakfast was below average—uninspiring, limited, and not memorable in any way. Staff & Service: The staff was challenging to deal with and unnecessarily rigid. Even simple requests—like borrowing umbrellas—turned into long questioning, and we were asked to go back to our room to retrieve them ourselves. Basic hospitality was missing. Overall: While the property may look attractive from the outside, it is clearly run down and poorly managed. The lack of responsiveness, maintenance issues, and overall service quality made this a very unpleasant stay. We regret choosing this hotel and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere, especially if traveling with family or elderly guests.

The staff were amazing! Location was perfect, the property was well-maintained would ? stay again at the Bandha. Nothing to complain about. It wall all a great experience.

We stayed here with our 2 sons aged 23 and 17. We had a deluxe suite with spa bath interconnecting with a deluxe twin room. The set up of this was great for us, heaps of room and of course two bathrooms. The deluxe suite is very large and the bathroom is wonderfully set out. There is a balcony off the bathroom and one off the lounge area. The rooms were very relaxing. The deluxe twin room also has a balcony. Heaps of storage in the room you could definitely stay here for a length of time and be very comfortable. The beds were super comfy too. We were on the 4th floor. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping serviced the rooms daily and replenished bathroom supplies. We had breakfast included in our stay which was a daily buffet. Great selection with egg station. There are 2 swimming pools both with swim up bars which was very nice. Excellent cocktails 2 for 1 all day. Our boys used the gym and they said it was good. The hotel is just across the road from the beach which was nice for a few drinks watching the sunset. Great location in Legian close to many restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, massage/spa. On the last day we had a few hours from the time of check out to being collected to head to the airport. We put our bags into the hotels luggage holding area, then we lounged around the pool. We ate around the pool and the food was very nice. Staff was very helpful, friendly and obliging. We would happily return here for another stay. nothing

Direct access to the beach. Good restaurant at hotel. And also many good food around the hotel. AC is a little too cold.

They upgraded me and everything was great there. Staff were wonderful. Enormous room I liked everything about this property
