Ossotel Legian Bali

Close to the beach and met some lovely travellers in the pool. One lady in the restaurant was very helpful. The room was ridiculously small. Most of the reception staff are grumpy. Cleaners had to be chased down. Demo all around was noisy and seven days/week The pool was elegant in the photos, however, all the other guests looked down on us, like being in a fish bowl.

Very. Clean. very. Central to Legian and the beaches. Very friendly helpful staff Pool gets very shady very quickly with only a small window of sun in the morning.

the room was well equipped with complimentary bathroom amenities, the pool was beautiful and cleaned with plenty of room for everyone. Location was fantastic and the menu for the hotel was comprehensive.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Can walk to everything including a chemist if medication is required (right outside hotel). Loved pool access from room, very vibey and busy. Liked everything, will be back!

Great deal and location for our short stay. Never stayed here before but will again for sure. Wi-Fi was a little hit and miss.

Loved the staff, the location, the restaurant has the best food in Bali. The rooms are clean, pool area is great and the path to the beach is quick! There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Food was excellent & location was perfect for me

This was our 4th stay at Ossotel in 6 years, and its excellence keeps us coming back. The pool and sunbeds get plenty of sun, with shade available as needed. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at Romeo's offers great variety and is delicious to boot! Location makes it very easy to walk to beach bars on either end of the beach; the hotel is also very near to restaurants and has convenience stores and two pharmacies just a minute's walk away. My flight departing Bali was very delayed at short notice, and the fantastic front desk staff offered alternatives e.g. leaving my bags with them and using the showers near the pool instead of paying to extend my stay past check-out time. They also checked in with us the day before to see if we needed help arranging for transport to the airport, and advised us on how early to leave the hotel. We were going to use a ride-hailing service (Gojek) and not once were the staff pushy about us using the hotel shuttle instead. Water pressure of the showers could be better, especially through the rain shower. The shower head was fine, but wouldn't stay in place. The shower door didn't fully shut, and I was worried about flooding the bathroom floor.
