Only stayed a night, the only issue i encountered was the TV didn't work. I had to watch the Knicks on my phone, but all good they won, so big deal.

Couch in the room was TERRIBLE and we had to bring dirty towels to the desk to get new ones.

The elevator was awful. The room was functional, & we appreciated the kitchenette. The beds were hard & the whole place needs remodeled/updated. We didn't go to the pool. The staff were pleasant & friendly. We will not stay there again.

Its always a joy to stay here.its quiet and comfy and the staff are always friendly.

No staff at check in, waited for about 20 minutes. My cell phone was dead and I needed to use the room phone but I was told by the front desk “there’s no phone lines in the rooms!” Also the breakfast is more like a cold snack bar, at least they are across the street from C Barrel..
