Room was clean and good service.

The room next to mine was loud and disturbing. At midnight I asked the front desk to get them to quiet down and all he did was knocked and left it alone after they didn’t answer. At 230am I asked again and to be moved and the explanation was all he can do is knock again and it was too slammed to move me. He knocked and I can hear them saying don’t answer and he left. No other ways of correcting the issue was done. I got no sleep and was beyond disturbed.

Quick check in and room request met. AC worked but was held up with boards. Everything else as expected.

We came to Lakeland for the weekend for a funeral, just needing a place to crash. The hotel itself was nice, everyone was helpful, and the price was great. Everything was clean and there were no issues.

The outside looks scarier than the inside. The rooms are nice, clean and smell good. The outside had me worried the room was going to be awful but it’s not. The staff were really friendly, even after arriving super late because of our flight.

Not sure Staff didn't care. All they did was try to pease you with sorry... Rooms are small. Bathrooms are even smaller The ac sucks and there are 2 gaping holes on either side of it. Coffee machine spit out hot soapy water. Let's talk about the sp called breakfast. Hard boiled eggs which I swear never were changed the 3 days we were there. About a dozen sausage links, that looked old and nasty. The yogurt was warm and old. All in all. This place will never get my business or any of my friends business.

We had a couple issues with the cleanliness of the room. I tend to go barefoot and after less than an hour of walking barefoot my feet were black from the floors. So I kept socks on the whole stay. The jet tub also had a strange residue and the water was foamy so we had to completely wipe it out to use it.
