Great Hotel, and they let us keep our bags at the facility after check out, so we could enjoy a few more hours in the town before departing. Would recommend!

I don’t think breakfast was included. Great location. Very clean. Accessible and friendly staff. Spoke English and knew area well. There was nothing I didn’t like about it. Free parking on the street was advertised. No free parking available but a nearby garage for 10 euros/day 24 hr parking was available.

Perfectly located

My stay was one night, Tuesday to Wednesday. I didn't realize I'd hear the late night crowd leaving the bars, walking and talking down the street. It was not bad and not any fault of the hotel, just something to note if you're not used to city noise this might not be for you.

The welcome and helpful information was great and they were very accommodating with us. Super friendly and welcoming. Location was really good - right in Old Town and good for walking everywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They told us all the must do activities/places to visit while in Lagos. The location was exceptional; middle of the center and the beaches are around 20 minutes walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place for its price value.

Location was great, staff was friendly, and room was clean/nice.

The staff was amazing. The best I had in all of Portugal! My train was running late and the communication to make sure I could check in was great. The next day they gave me suggestions on where to go and where to stop for lunch. As a solo traveler on a longer stay in Portugal it was so nice to know they were there to help. Nothing!

The most amazing stay! The location was so perfect. walk outside the front door and you are in the center of everything. Close to everything you could need including the beach! We are two young girls and we felt super safe in this stay. The workers were so helpful and our room was cleaned and restocked every day. I would recommend to anyone and I would definitely stay here again!!!

Big room, location is amazing, in the middle of everything (shops, restaurants, close to the marina and the beaches) No breakfast but shared small kitchen with fridge No parking lot so have to park at the city paid parking lot and it’s 13€ for 24h. Can be noisy at times inside and outside the hotel. There’s AC but it’s very noisy so bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper

Pleasantly surprised - despite the ultra central location in the city centre, the room was very quiet. AC made all the difference. Easy check in, friendly staff and clean room. Great value for money.

It is a cozy hotel in a city center with quick and access to the restaurants, historic part of the city and the bay. It was clean with a comfortable bed, hairdryer and a lobby where I could work + good internet. There is also a small kitchen in the common area with a fridge and a microwave. Below the windows of our room was a restaurant and the visitors were very loud. Because of bad sound isolation it was hard to fall asleep. But, God bless earplugs :)

We were able to change our room to the quieter side of the hotel. The staff were very accommodating. Nothing - everything was wonderful
