Was great to have the coffee and croissant's in the lobby in the morning, lobby bar was nice to have too. I must give a shout out to Denae! The airlines lost my luggage, I was soooo upset and she was wonderful! Calmed me, concerned, made phone calls for me, so helpful, understanding and caring! She really went above and beyond! Absolutely helped me thru a very stressful time! We were only there overnight as we left for a cruise in the morning, but rooms were very nice, modern, clean and comfortable. Not really anything!

The hotel was very nice, clean, food and service excellent. It was convenient as it was close an event I attended, however not close to central or beach. There was no view, pool or garden.

Facilities, location and staff ladies at reception. The male receptionist on the day of our departure was very loud and seems that he knew more than the client a bit of a show off. Felt very uncomfortable.
