Breakfast buffet was great. The twin beds were comfortable and the staff at reception was very helpful with booking a transfer to the pier for our cruise. Swimming pools (3) very nice. Water pressure in shower was weak. Balcony in the room would have been nice. Hotel is located on very busy Kuta beach, lots of partying going on, therefore noisy in the evening. Luckily we had a room facing the inside/swimming pool of the hotel.

Breakfast is okay The front of the hotel is on Jalan Pantai Kuta and is quite noisy from traffic particularly at night till well after midnight.

Good location. Clean with good amenities. 3 pools were a nice touch. Excellent staff who were very courteous and attentive. Fridge was faulty. All drinks would be frozen in the morning and one bottled water even broke (exploded). No hot water the first night, however, this was quickly fixed the next day upon us reporting it. A la carte breakfast was a little slow.

The staff were great. The hotel is run down with broken tiles everywhere. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. Hardest bed I’ve ever slept in. Pillows were huge and lumpy, we had no hot water for two days there. I couldn’t wait to leave Beds, pillows, no hot water for two days, cleaners and workers banging around all night not letting u relax

Maintenance is very poor. Overall quality of equipment is very kow. Too much noise during night from outside.

Great location, great pool and close to the beach. The actual hotel didn’t look like the picture. This hotel needs a lot of renovation. One of our suites doesn’t have hot water, leak faucets, the door doesn’t close properly and a lot of broken area on the wood floors. The service from the restaurant needs a little improvement especially on food delivery we have to wait more than 30 for foods.

Excellent breakfast spread amazing location excellent staff. I had forgotten my bag with documents and money in the restaurant below after dinner. they kept it safe Bathrooms looked a bit worn down.. Could have been better
