Location, cleanliness and bed comfort. Breakfast can get boring after 2 days.

A nice oasis in the middle of the bustle. You're in a more touristic area but the resort feels very calming. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was so kind. Food was tasty, and good quality especially for buffet food.

The spa was lovely and the restaurant was good as well! The layout of the rooms and premises was lovely. I wanted to follow up regarding our stay and the issues we experienced with the room. The shower water in our room did not have proper pressure and would not get hot. We raised this concern and asked if someone could come fix it. While we appreciated the offer of a complimentary dinner, the water issue was not resolved during our stay. Additionally, the towels appeared dirty when we first entered the room, which was disappointing and made the room feel less clean than expected. Overall, the lack of hot water, poor water pressure, and cleanliness concerns significantly impacted our experience. We would appreciate your review of this matter and would like to know what can be done to address it.

The property was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Plus, it was so relaxing walking around the property with the smell of plumeria in the air. The staff around the entire resort was top notch! They were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bali. Hardly anything. I very much appreciate the shuttle to the airport. However, you may receive more business if you offer a shuttle to and from the Benoa Bali port where the cruise ships dock.

Variety of food

The location and helpful and deferential attitude of the staff. One couldn't sign for food and beverages bill to your room.

Close to the beach and all the local shopping. It’s a very busy area.

The entire experience of staying at the Kuta Seaview Beach Resort was first class. The staff are friendly, helpful and extremely polite and efficient. Our room was spacious and maintained meticulously to our complete satisfaction. The breakfast outstanding with great variety. I couldn't fault the Resort. I have nothing but accolades.

Good location, great service, clean and comfy room Told the staff about the utensil used to take pork bacon also used to take chicken sausages. Already told them 3x to put sign to restrict the use of ustensil. But until my last day, no sign

All is OK, the only downside is that I gave input to the staff about putting reminder sign that the tong to take the pork bacon strictly for bacon only so moslem guests can eat peacefully. 3 times I told them during my 4 nights stay yet no sign yet until my last stay.

Fantastic location, peaceful atmosphere, wonderful staff , great pool Issues with bathroom , leaking tap , next to no go water pressure , toilet didnt flush properly & alcoholic drinks at bar were very expensive & not included in the 15% off food & wine ( this wasn’t stated on booking )

It is great

Staff were friendly, they had different free activities around the pool on various days. Location great for shopping, right next to poppies 2. Cant be avoided but they were doing maintenance work, so sometimes it was a bit loud when sitting on the balcony. I would say they were trying to get it done before season picked up again.
