The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It‘s close to the beach and shopping mall. The star is for the good location other than that this hotel is horrible. There is no rooms with windows which leads to high humidity and mold. The room smells like a cellar and the hallways smells like urine and dirty carpet. You can hear everything from the rooms next door - which starts at 6am and doesn’t end before 12am. Nothing left to say other than we would never recommend this after only staying for one night.

The staff were very friendly. They accommodated my needs when I asked for a converter for my charger. Location was nearby shopping and tourist spots. Walking distance from tour companies and restaurants. The room was so dirty. The room we were originally put in had BLOOD stains on BOTH the beds and the blankets, it was disgusting. When they moved us to another room the new rooms also had some stains on the bed.It was on both the blankets and the mattress itself :(

1. The hotel is very worn out,needs urgent renovation 2. For 12 days 80% the breakfast was exactly the same 3. There are rooms WITHOUT windows 4. The windows in the rooms are sealed, can't be open 5. No terrace to dry the bathing suits and towels

This hotel is in a basement the rooms are terrible. You don't expect booking a beach front hotel to find that actually it's 2 separate hotels. This hotel is in the basement. No windows. Smells. Cockroach. Mosquitoes. Ceiling and walls are dirty. No air. It's HORRIBLE! They should pay you to stay here. Not you pay them.

It’s dirty bathrooms all shower aria is gross. The bed linen is as well very old and a lot of stains that for sure can’t be remove from the regular laundry products. I had to call the room steward to ask him to change my bed linen and I did report how is gross the Shower aria. I took a picture and video , more than happy to share. I understand the building can be in nice place by the ocean and bar service, food and Beverage staff are amazing cheerful, receptionist as well with a big smile . But the Room and accommodation felicities show be as well if not perfect but at list nice and clean.

The rooms in this hotel are underground, which was not mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or on any sites. Please avoid if you are claustrophobic or have problem with entirely enclosed spaces.

It's a good hotel situated near all facilities which you would need during your stay in Kuta beach. I recommend to book this hotel. Won't regret. You can book rooms depending on what type of space you need obviously prices will vary along your requirements.

Rooftop bar Very dirty room with dirty bed sheets, cockroaches everywhere, bathroom looks like never was cleaned for years ago, towels look like was used for tousand years, very strong sewer canal smell. Bad experience. Never go back again.

All the staff were very friendly ,front desk staff,resturant staff and the people who cleaned out our rooms.Couldnt fault anything and very good value for what we payed for .I would stay there again. Have nothing to complain about.
