Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort

Everything is amazing. I liked kindness of everyone of staff from front desk till restaurant staff were amazing and smiling and asking us if we need anything to assist us in our breakfast . I liked the food as well

I like the stunning view from our room, we can see the surfers riding the waves. The room is quite spacious and so the bathroom. At first, I didn’t feel welcome when we arrived. Nobody greeted us and we waited in our car for some time. Until I stepped out and tried to put my luggage myself, someone came and asked “how can I help you?”. I expect more from this property as a five star Marriott, especially for the service. No signage to the mall, so I have to ask the staff to guide us. And it is very uncomfortable walk as we have to climb down and climb up the stairs. Not good if we use baby stroller. I know there is a lift, but we have to go through the meeting rooms and might get lost in there. The baby crib is not comfortable for my son. It has hard surfaces that might injure him when he’s sleeping (the picture attached). No pillows, no blankets. Hope they change it to a more comfortable one like the next picture.

This is not European standard Sheraton, even though it’s at a similar price point.

We visited Bali as a family of four, my wife and two kids, and chose the Sheraton Kuta as our base. Honestly, it was the right call. What stood out most wasn't the pool or the location. It was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone we crossed paths with was genuinely warm, attentive without being overbearing, and always checking in during breakfast or by the pool to see if we needed anything. That kind of consistency across a whole team isn't something you see everywhere. Breakfast at Daily Social was a highlight every morning. The kids loved it, which, if you're a parent, you know is half the battle on a family holiday. On our last day, Ms. Winda heard we were checking out and sent us a plate of pancakes with "Thank You For Staying With Us" written on it. That small gesture caught us completely off guard. It wasn't a policy or a procedure. It felt personal. My kids still talk about it. The overall experience was excellent, start to finish. If you're planning a Bali trip with your family and want a hotel where the staff actually makes you feel welcome rather than just processed, this is it. We'll be back.

Super Clean, Super Friendly and Polite, Location was awesome! We booked this hotel to spend a couple of days as our Honeymoon. Firstly, I should say that their hospitality is beyond 5 stars. They decorated the room for our honeymoon with roses and towel shapes. They also placed a cake inside the fridge for us to enjoy. Each and every person working in this hotel was so friendly and kind. Breakfasts were amazing, and they included so many high-quality options. My wife liked a special Indonesian sweet on the first day for breakfast time, and they prepared it for us the next day, and they brought a plate full of it to our table! They also gave it to us as a takeaway! I cannot tell you all the details, but if you want the most pleasant stay, choose this hotel. We expected to have a private beach, but that wasn't the case. Also, the hotel entrance didn't have escalators, so we had to climb a lot of stairs to reach the hotel when we wanted to go out and come back by walking.

Good beachfront location. Hotel is attached to a busy shopping mall with numerous restaurants, well known stores and a supermarket. Nice architecture, clean rooms and helpful staff. Surprisingly interesting breakfast buffet. Predictable brand standard. Good value. Nothing important.

It was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. Attention to detail was definitely incorporated into the design layout. Not much to not like.

During our stay, we had an unexpected emergency involving my wife. The hotel staff responded immediately and arranged for a doctor within just five minutes. Their professionalism, speed, and genuine concern meant so much to us during a very stressful moment. Throughout the rest of our stay, the team continued to show great care and attention toward my wife, ensuring she was comfortable and well looked after. I would like to sincerely thank the hotel management for their outstanding service, professionalism, and cleanliness. The level of hospitality we experienced truly exceeded our expectations. Located right in the center of Kuta and beachwalk mall is literally under the hotel! The hotel is super clean and well maintained. The swimming pool's view is the ocean! The breakfast menu could have been better by including more options that fit tourists from the middle east and Europe

Sheraton nearby beach is very unclear. lot of trash

Room was just great. Nice view over the ocean and garden, excellent aircon and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Varied and meeting all guest's needs. I could guest my preferred natural juices made specially for me. Didn't go to the front beach. It is very wavy during the day. But hired a chair and drunk a nice coconut juice. The front beach is a bit chaotic. Too many street vendors, not very clean and organized. Would be difficult to stay at the beach. Otherwise I do not have complaints about the hotel

Very bad location. Too much traffic jam and long time to reach the resort.

Nothing!! The carpets in the room was dirty. The facility of the hotel was not 5star. The tried to upgrade the room and was told it will be ready 24 hours later. When we returned to reception to do the move, we were told there was still guests in the room. We checked out of the hotel after just 1 night stay. It was horrible!! I would not recommend this hotel at all - the hotel is also next to the mall, which causes big traffic holdups. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!

The location is near to the shopping center and the shoreline is very near..the staffs are all friendly and very accommodating.
