The staff behaviour was extremely bad and unexpected. One of the staff got annoyed with me and physically assaulted on me.

The location. Easy to walk around. Not far from the beach Not clean at all. Blankets and towels dirty. We had to request to change. Probably used by former guests.

It's near Beachwalk Mall and Kuta Beach. Pool looks good, and I also availed a massage which I found relaxing. All in all, I highly recommend this place. I wish breakfast started earlier than 8am

Excellent location, quiet hotel, big clean room, new wonderful pool area, employees took good care of everything in the garden and in the room. Breakfast was a tasty buffet. Everything was excellent

A good big room. A nice balcony with view of the pool. Quiet and calm at night but could swim late if you wanted to. Staff took me to my room and showed me how to use the AC. They also let me leave my bags at the hotel while I went out and had lunch before I went to my next hotel. I was happy with my stay! There was a little bit of loose drywall that was coming off the wall onto the floor that got white powder on my bags but that was it. I would stay there again.

Quiet place in the heart of busy area. Very good location. The building is old but clean. Pool nice for adults and children. Service very responsive and nice. Breakfast exceptional good.

Pool was large but warm (like most pools in Bali). Stairs to room on 3rd floor difficult with bags.

Nothing to like in this resort. The room was very dirty, and the staff were not welcoming and rude. Dirty bedsheets and pillowcases were provided, and the toilet and basin were broken. I arrived very late at night from the airport, so I was tired and did not check the room properly before going to sleep. In the morning, the breakfast was very dirty and limited. In the morning, I noticed stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases. I reported this to the staff, but they denied the issue and refused to assist. They also threatened to blacklist me if I left a review.

Good location in Kuta but tucked away from the traffic Very cheap - we stayed just for the day/night prior to late night flight Air con worked. Bathroom was very tired as were rooms. But for $35 a night this was expected. Dont come expecting new, or luxury.

Staff is so good and clean.Beach and all the Resturant are near which I love it Room is not sound proof and when some went to toilet and flash the toilet then sound was hearing.Also breakfast items are so limited. Another I did not like if I pay the card they charges 3% on total amount which have never seen other country.

They are helpful and supportive Wall is not sound proof if someone fall the toilet want is hearing. Also Breakfast is limited items which need to be modified

Room is good. This is within budget. Near to kuta beach. But there are few shop and restarent around. Though they said have luggage storage buy only for 2/3 hours.

Was very surprised with room size, very clean, staff very obliging. Good pool and breakfast. Location was very central to everything, spas, shops and beach. Value for money, Will use Bali Sandy on next visit. Can't complain about anything.
