Was very pleasant friendly staff and great value.

The staff at Masainn were all very friendly and kind. The pools and room were excellent. The free breakfast was delicious and they even got up early to serve me before I went on an excursion. There are also several restaurant choices nearby and the beach is under 10 minutes walk. Overall an excellent place to stay in Kuta.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was not exactly great, but with a few and don'ts this hotel rates up with many others in the vicinity. The cleanliness and attention wereNothing to detail. I will recommend this property to anyone who is looking at a quiet and peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of beautiful BALI. Nothing to be honest!

2 nights in masa inn hotel feel like at home.. The staff were very friendly and so kind. the location is excellent.. The swimming pool is very clean. highly recommend.

The pool is the greatest feature of this property, so big and very relaxing to lie on the deck chairs in the shade. The meals were very basic and only available early in the day. If you like Poppies Lane then it’s a good location, but we found the vendors on the streets very aggressive. The room was dark and gloomy. Bathroom in poor condition.
