I liked being given an extra set of towels and that menus were in English Pretty much everything. The bathroom was obviously not well cleaned, the plug for the bath was disgusting, tables felt sticky, loud noises at night

Nothing The location is very bad and not safe at all. The room was not clean, and the bed was also dirty. The place felt like a jungle—very scary and unpleasant. It is far inside from Kuta main city. The room rent is too high; for the same amount or by adding a little more, much better hotels are available, which I later found. It is not a suitable environment for staying with family. Overall, it was not good at all. Totally a bad experience

The atmosphere of the resort is quite soothing and calming. We are on the third floor and no lift.

It has a swimming pool and beautiful view Light in the room is not so bright. The water from the AC enters the room.

The big pool did not use it, though. Good location for Kuta, near the beach and the main road, lots of shops and cafes around. It had a small restaurant, but do prefer to eat outside. Better shower - would have been definitely good, but it was what it was. seems they have not renovated it for a long time, and the furniture was quite old.

Stairs , no elevator so if you have suitcases you have to carry to go to the room. First room wasn’t that good as expected, then staff changed room for us. It was no shampoo or shower gel in the room.

Location is good My experience at this place was quite disappointing. The room was very basic and old-fashioned, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. The receptionist was extremely rude and often shouted at us, which made the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was below average — there was no toothpaste or shampoo provided. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and definitely not worth the price

Fair price and good location. Wifi is not working most of the time.

Very nice and for the price well worth it with very helpful staff. Staff were great, location cheap taxi to all that you want with little shops and food all around the hotel as well.

The location of the room I prefer the lower pool side rooms

only pool environment room was very dirty tiny. towels and blankets was so smelly. Even housekeeping staff don’t know professionalism. they were hustling throwing blankets front of us at floor and later give us. No water enough.
