Large bedroom and bathroom, comfortable, clean and well set up with desk, chair, cupboards, coffee table. Friendly staff. I will be very happy stay again.

Not clean bathroom and For room only have 2 breakfasts we have to pay for babies food

Location and restaurant staff were friendly Check out receptionist was not friendly. Wanted to charge me a 3% fee for my restaurant purchases even though I was using QRIS. I've never had that happen before

Close to kuta beach I was feeling no safe walking in street in the night to get to the hotel.no fridge.very old hotel .need same upgrade.all over bali will charges 3% if you pay by credit card.

Close to the beach kuta 10 minutes walk No fridge. The room need upgrades. Bathroom no soap. Spider net in bathroom and room. Old furniture.

The property itself is simply stunning! The foliage, the fountains, the infinity style pool all created a very enchanting and secluded paradise, away from the main street. There’s a temple in the central courtyard, which connects to the restaurant, which then connects to the pool area and front desk. In Balinese tradition, the restaurant and front desk is very open and outside, yet with roof covering, which give a breezy flow to the layout. I loved the room I shared with my sister and the view of the courtyard. I admit that I was concerned that the a/c wouldn’t be enough to balance the humidity of the day, but I turned out just fine. The balcony was a favorite of mine, as it made morning meditations, journaling and night-gazing easy. Every breakfast was absolutely delicious, and included in the reservation - be sure to select that option when booking, it’s so worth it! I had dinner there once or twice during my 5-day stay and that was just as delicious. Plus the hotel is located near a myriad of restaurants, so there is no shortage of options by any means. The neighborhood itself just felt incredibly safe, such is Bali, and easy to navigate. Kuta Beach was just a 10-minute walk away, with Beachwalk Mall coming up before getting to the beach; or you can walk through the mall to get to the beach; again, options! If malls aren’t your thing, there are a plethora of shops and stalls between the hotel and beach, and between the hotel and main road. Great, great place to stay. I’d stay again, and for much longer the next time I’m in Kuta. The water pressure wasn’t the strongest, yet the water temperature was absolutely ideal, so no real complaint about it. Be sure to leave your key at the front desk when leaving if you want your room cleaned; and also be sure to make a verbal request so it’s clear. Again, not a complaint but something to be mindful of. The WiFi tends to go in and out, depending on where you are on the property and which router you’re connected to - there one for the room, one for the garden/restaurant, one for the pool, etc. Again, no major issues, but things to note.

Cracked tile in bath..Toilet seat could not open without closing.on it own. Air condition had condensation overflow issues Lead on the floor. Air conditions condensers cause very hot spot in the stair and on the balcony. Needs to have ducted out of alleyway in back of building to above the roofline

It was a bit dirty in the room. The breakfast were too small

It is set in a nice garden and has a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast pancakes are among the best we had in 3 weeks of Indonesia. In one of the two rooms, the bathroom smelled a bit of sewage, the old pipes probably need a bit of attendance.

We only stayed one night because there was a lot of bugs in our room.

it get pretty garden and relax pool. staff are super nice. walking distance to kuta beach. quiet area for resting. highly recommended. none.

The staff was great, their restaurant was great, had a fantastic location close to the beach. It was the perfect place for me to land for my first 2 weeks in Bali. I miss the place already. I wish this place had AC.

I liked the whole athmosphere, the traditional style, the pool is super, the breakfasts, the staff is super nice and it is in a good place. I would recommend staying here, it deffenetly worth the price. I didnt like that the airconditioning was dirty and we got a bit sick from it so we didnt turn it on, so it was a bit warm at night. The rooms were clean but a bit rusty and dark, but other than the rooms it has acharm. No fridge, some bugs, but pretty garden.

Staff, spacious rooms, authentic design of the hotel and rooms, pool Breakfast is poor, only one set of small portion meal. Bathtubs didn't work properly.
