I spent only one night in this homestay. The room was simple but clean and I really enjoyed the pool (it's great having it considering that you are not allowed to swim at the sea). There isn't hot water but it wasn't a problem for me. No air conditioning but there is a fan on the ceiling.

Large spacious room, clean and comfortable, communal areas to sit, nice pool although room for 3 sun loungers but not a problem, good location far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk. Good budget stay Had a court view rose m and was noisy with bikes coming and going all night

Near to the beach and walking 5-10 minutes you can find a lot of options to eat or drink something.

Rooms with AC near the pool are lovely, fan rooms are very stuffy and older and definitely need renovating. Location wasn't great . Bathroom very old
