The room was large and the pool amazing! The eggs at breakfast were always raw, whether it was poached, fried or boiled we just couldn’t get the eggs right. All the other food was incredible!

My big complaint was lack of cleanliness in the room. The bathroom had black mould in a number of places, there were stains on the walls and very dirty skirting boards. It needed a top to bottom clean with bottom with disinfectant and good cleaning products. Black mould is a no, no. I told them to give me the cleaning products and I would give it a good clean but they would not do that. Even after it was cleaned again, I took a toothbrush and cleaner and was able to remove more of the stains and mould.

I like it all. I like the room because it is with balcony, the bed is comfy, the bathtube is cozy, the breakfast is delicious with variety of food. The staff is helpfull and friendly. The spa is amazing. The location is perfect, nearby the airport, malls and shoping center. The price is affordable. This hotel is perfect for relax. Nothing
