The helpful staff is the only good thing they have. The hotel is so dirty, I think they have to finish their renovation, make it perfect and ready to open it to the customer. Please take care of your staff. I think so many complain at this hotel.

It does not managed well. Room was dirty and moldy. Right after checking the room, deciced to move to another hotel. So bad that the location was perfect to be a great property

Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Location is good, value for money. Wall in the room is moldy, water leaking from the ceiling when it’s rain. Toilet stinks. The owner and managements need to take a serious action on fixing all the problems!!

staff were friendly and fast response. i found cockroach running around there were no soap, no hair dryer. telephone full of dust. fridge barely working, my food was rotten. wall pain is in a weird color, white or light grey would be better match. alley looks dirty.
