There was a woman, that I think was working there or at least knew them, that was staying in the same room as me, but she wouldn't stop burping—disgusting. She would wake me up and that ruined everything. Loud and constant burping.

No hot water in the shower room and no handheld bidet in the bathroom made it very uncomfortable! The staff wasn’t responding to my queries on the portal before my arrival.

I had a comfortable sleep throughout my stay. The bed was clean. Location was perfect too! Kuta Beach, Discovery Mall, Beachwalk mall and so on. The toilet smells like it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly

Only spent couple of hours waiting for my flight. Location is super good for walking around, shopping, beach. Shower is excellent. Bed really comfortable. Sink is inside the room so might be an issue

The location is great. Only 10min walk to the beach. Close to shops and eateries. The best itself was clean enough and I was able to get some sleep. Widow as pretty good too. The bathroom cleanliness was a little questionable. When I arrived it smelled a little weird. The hot shower wasn't working either. Staff later explained there's a button I needed to press and wait for 19 minutes, but this wasn't explained during check in.For a night stay it's fine, I won't stay here for a longer stay.

Nothing good tbh The place area are dirty. The room are dirty. There’s bed bugs. The sink are leaking so bad. The toilet are dirty. There’s no room services. Not enough facilities. The kettle are so dirty. There’s something like wall painting liquid inside. We only can stand for 2 nights. We couldn’t hold it till end of vacay.

Strategic location, bed & pillow super comfy, only 3 beds in 1 ‘dorm’, attached toilet & bath in the dorm, separate male & female, very quiet and the staff are friendly. Maybe breakfast should be included as it used to be…

Room was very clean an comfy. The beds a great to sleep and the curtains keep the bed dark. You also have a little table to put your stuff. Bathroom was clean and good. Staff was friendly and helpful! No hot shower.

I can only say the beds were comfy and it's not too far from the beach. But the whole area is horrible. Just avoid Kuta altogether. Very unclean. There were plants growing out of the washbasin. I found a long black hair in my bed. Generally a bad smell of musky wood and toilet. At least the sheets were clean. The shower wasn't getting hot. The guys working at the reception do their job and help you with the luggage. But at night a bunch of people is hanging out in front of the place being loud, drinking etc. I could hear them from my room. Just don't do this to yourself and get something else to stay.

Not a bad location. Very basic place, the electricity kept going off, beds and showers were ok.

Good location. Everything was really dirty: rooms, sheets, towels, facilities and property. I couldn't take a shower and didn't feel comfortable at all. I moved to another room and it was equally dirty. Breakfast was supposedly included and there were nothing. Expensive for the poor condition of the rooms. Bad smell in the rooms and dampness. Lazy staff.
