Amazing staff and great location to access the heart of Kuta

Close to the airport, close to most shops and facilities in Kuta, quiet area as well, and easy to find on Google Maps. The bed was also comfy, and the staff was very accommodating and even gave us recommendations on what to do. The bathroom was too small for us, and it would have been nice to have a lift because we had suitcases with us. Other than that, everything has been great!

Old facility, dirty rooms, stained sheets and towels, extreme humidity inside the room (expect all of your belongings to be soaked), no ventilation from the toilet

Location is very handy if you want to be in Kuta, we stayed here for ease of access to the airport. I booked two rooms. One was large, with a king bed and balcony. The second was small and dark with two single beds. The latter had a very odorous drain. The single beds were uncomfortable and there were blood stains on one of the bed’s sheets. The pool is not very large and there are only 2 loungers for the entire complex.

Super convenient to spend the night near the airport, very basic hotel but overall comfortable and staff is super nice. Area isn’t the best in the sense that it is right next to the main road and also some rural houses apparently. It was so loud and noisy throughout from the traffic and in the morning there was so much noise from hen in the area— yes hen! You can’t sleep at all past 5am

Clean and pleasant room... bed and pillows are comfy. Near to the shops... most of all, i love the staffs! Very honest and kind! We didn't notice that my partner's passport was left in their property. We were in Ubud already and the staff of our hotel in Ubud said, that someone from our previous hotel in Kuta, sent the passport that we left there. We owe them a lot! They sent ot without asking for a service charge. Thank u thank u so much!

Its location Bathroom , no toothbrush or toothpaste, soap didn’t work , towels really worn out

The room is not soundproof, as you can hear the noise from outside. Most guests lack proper decorum and are very inconsiderate when talking to each other. Additionally, I dislike the musty odor emanating from the sofa and chair cushions.
