Baymont by Wyndham Knoxville I-75

It was peaceful. The pool was clean. The maid service and front desk are friendly.

We wanted to stay here for 2 nights, we left after the first night because we came back to the room and found cockroaches in there. I immediately alerted the staff at the front desk, they didn’t seem surprised about my find, they said they would switch me rooms, (I was not doing that) and we wanted to leave, they told me to email the owner about the issue, I did and haven’t heard back.

No hot tub and the pool was a little cool.

Clean property, bed comfortable, however, single use toiletries.

It was a good layout The only thing I didn’t like about the place there’s no shower pressure whatsoever might as well use a garden hose. I stayed in room 139. That shower was trash.

Pool was dirty. Bathroom eas too smsll. Overalk the property was in disrepair. Staff was confused. Two desk clerks told me no problem withvearly check out after zi showed them Experia coomment to check with staff. They told me to just check out. The day i checked out, the desk clerk would not give me a recreipt and to go through Expedia. Very rude.

The beds were great, and the a/c worked really well The toilet was not clean, some of the towels were thread bare(one even had holes all in it) and they all looked stained and dingy, and the bathroom was tiny. The facility seemed outdated(I am sure when it first opened it was a very unigue place to stay), the breakfast was a little disappointing, but the gentleman working the breakfast area was extremely nice and very helpful.

Waking up to cockroaches everywhere in the tub on the walls in the bathroom and beside the bed checked in around 9 that evening and at 4 am we woke up to roaches everywhere then the night window woman said she didn't know what to tell us as we leaving couldn't tell us who the manager was or anything gave us an email which has yet to be answered said they can't give us a refund because we went through a third party to book the room after we had to call 3 different times in a week before anyone would answer then they were very rude and yelling then said they would hang up on my wife if she didn't stop talking we even showed them pictures of the room and all the roaches would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean and nice. The breakfast - no bacon or sausage or eggs. Cheese crackers with peanut butter does not cut it. No elevator!!!! I could not believe it! That is not good for an old lady!

Clean and super convenient. Big pool area with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy.

We checked in…& in ten minutes later after looking at the room..we canceled and went somewhere else.there was a smell in the room, & we thought it was a enclosed hotel…not a MOTEL! Very disappointed!

It was clean and the furniture was at least updated. The front desk staff were rude both nights, the breakfast spread was kind of a joke, I don’t know if the walls are just super thin or everyone was extremely loud but you could hear everyone above you all night, the staff was pressure washing outside for hours and because of the way that the rooms are set up you could hear that echo the entire time and for 89-105 a night you’d think they could do a little better is all I’m saying.

The windows needs a better black out curtain. Then being charged additional 50 dollars for no reason, which didn't make it worth the price
