The room was fantastic. It was very clean and it did not have a bad smell to it. All of the facilities worked. They do serve breakfast, but it is pretty simple. Really just cereal and muffins and juice and coffee. It’s in an easily accessible location. There’s always staff on the property to help you if you need anything. The only complaint that I have is that our room was so hot and we got there at night ready for sleep, but the AC unit barely blew out air so it did take about 3 to 4 hours for the room to finally cool down. Other than that, the stay was absolutely excellent.

Only 2 hangers and 2 towels each (bath, hand & face) in the room. Towels had stains on them. No extras were provided when asked. Tub had rust on it and it was dirty when I cleaned it with a napkin. Toilet door wouldnt close shut. No exhaust in toilet. Very less choices for breakfast, no proteins, too many sugary items.

Hotel offers a continental breakfast. But that's just a sham. Continental breakfast consist of cereal,a muffin or a granola bar. Normal continental breakfast have a lot more than that. Also at checking even if you have a reservation you have to put a deposit down and if they can they'll steal your deposit like they did mine today

It was easy to access luggage coming up and down from the room. The room was pretty clean, and everything was provided as a quick easy overnight day.

Provided the basics we needed - parking, all night check-in, and a comfy bed to sleep in. My review was taken down a few stars by the obvious mold on the shower curtains - it’s not just gross, but an actual health concern for mold spores to be aerosolizing when you’re showering, especially for people with asthma, eczema, or who are immunocompromised. Most of the staff were friendly. Would recommend for a bare-bones stay, but I implore management to address the mold.

The room was very dirty the shower head and knob's were all broken. The air conditioner has zero buttons from being broken and it had mold in the vents of the air conditioner. The bed had stains all over them There’s no real continental breakfast just literally fruit loops, Frosted Flakes and mini muffins you get from Sam’s and granola bars.

Needed a place to stop for the night driving from Florida to Indiana. Friendly staff, smelled good, clean rooms and comfortable. Not the best breakfast but they did offer cereal and muffins. Easy check in and check out. Would stay again.

The lady at the front desk was super helpful, and very nice. The room overall was ok, the HVAC unit was well used and kind of felt gross to touch. The room otherwise was fairly clean, however my largest complaint was the smell. My room (which is non-smoking) smelled like someone was sitting next to me just exhaling a cigarette straight into my nose. I do not smoke, so this was unpleasant.

Stair well was filthy, handrail sticky. Room missing light bulb; shower faucet almost falling out of the wall; carpet threadbare; no battery in smoke detector. Although supposedly a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was a joke - just a few fruit loops & no milk!

The front desk person was impossible to understand and there was barely any breakfast options even though a breakfast was advertised. It was hard to tell when booking that the room doors opened to the outside.

We found bedbugs in our room and then went back to inform the front desk and the person behind the desk tried to make excuses. He gave us another room but, the door would not shut without slamming it or using excessive force which makes me question safety. Terrible. I will not be coming here again.

I requested a ground floor room and when I called to confirm, the women I spoke with was rude and very unprofessional and told me she couldn't accommodate me and that making a reservation doesn't guarantee a room. So, while I was on the phone with her my husband was starting to feel bad, so we had to get a room near where we were for the night, so contacted Hotels.com and we worked it out where we would pay for one night. The hotel charged me for all three nights. I will be getting a refund. I would not recommend this hotel.

When I booked this hotel online, it showed a nice lobby. We were shocked it was an outside entry hotel. No elevator. We had to take old steel steps upstairs. My husband is disabled so of course all they had was upstair rooms. It's 2 levels in a blighted area where homeless were walking. Unfortunately, we had no choice because there were so many graduations and ceremonies going on, that our hotel we stayed at before was charging $300 a night. All hotels in this area, even the lower ones were charging outrageous fees in Clinton. So we had to drive miles away. This place was a dump. The desk clerk was short with everyone and rude to us, she kept asking if we wanted to give up our room! Really bad attitude. What a waste of money. Very thin towels and linens. The fridge made a popping sound ALL night. The corner room "breakfast", looked like an abandoned place. Beware!!! Stay far away!

The room smelled terribly of smoke. The faucet handle kept falling off. The washcloths did not look clean. The flooring was lvp that seemed taken care of though- it wasn’t gross or sticky…

We stayed twice two separate rooms. Both rooms the TV remote barely worked. It was taped together and you had to hold the button just to the right spot to get changed. The second room we stayed and didn’t even have hot water! Breakfast was two different types of cereal and a small muffin… Nothing to write home about. It advertised the pool, there was none.

First non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray and glade air freshener. Replacement room was fine with the exception of the bathroom door lock not working and the outlet by the sink being a bit sketchy. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We had to leave, there was open drug use from other guests, our lampshade and wall had blood on it. Our room was very unclean and the soap was not new. The pics make this seem a lot nicer than it is, we had to get another room elsewhere bc we felt so unsafe and grossed out.

Arrival the night staff at the desk was professional, but not very friendly to me or another potential guest. The grounds look like they were all under construction although the place look like it been renovated a while back the room had a strange odor and the beds were pretty and white so I assume clean the bathroom and the sink and need it grouting the floor was absolutely filthy. I got out of the shower and walked to the bed and my feet were black. My husband wouldn’t even let me walk down for breakfast because he said I had nothing but still cereal. It’s not a five star hotel for sure. The remote control for TV didn’t work and they wanted to send somebody down at 10 PM to fix it. We were already in bed so no news even in the morning again I felt like I was sleeping in a clean bed other than that it need a little hygiene update

Several permanent residents live here. Pretty sure there was a couple cooking meth. Walls are thin, or our neighbors were super loud. Group discussion happened outside of our door at 7:30 am. Front counter staff was nice.

Plenty of free parking. The price point was great just to come in town in the late afternoon and to check out in the early morning. I was in town to graduate. Bathroom with the tub and toilet extremely small. The hot water was a bit above warm water. The flow I can tell has the water saving screen. Bath towels are not plush and soft. Breakfast is only cereal, Quaker oat bars, and muffins. This hotel doors face outside. Traffic noise will be heard. I don’t think the windows are soundproof/sealed well. If you reserve more than one room and want them next to each other yo may want to request this as soon as possible for accommodationz

We were very disappointed in this hotel. We’ve stayed at Days Inn before and expected better. The bathrooms and vanity were clean but there was black mold on the shower curtain. One bedside lamp and charger didn’t work at all. The lampshades were dirty with black marks and the Kleenex holder and door hinges were rusty and corroded looking. Also the faucet was set so far back that you could barely get your hands under the water to wash. Not the worst place we have ever stayed in but most certainly not even close to the best. Also the bedsheets did not look freshly made and they kept coming off the. Corners of the bed. Wouldn’t stay here again.

It was disgusting! Just an old Days Inn that was repainted. Filthy window, gnats. Smelly AC/heater, lumpy old mattress, disgusting bathroom. Several questionable characters walking around, next to a very noisy road. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this property! Do not Stop Here!!

Was a last minute booking for a tournament my son was playing in. Affordable and convenient location. We never made it to breakfast so can’t speak on that but over all the stay was comfortable and a good experience.

The outside of the hotel is somewhat dated, as well as the lobby area. The “breakfast” was cereal, granola bars and mini muffins. This was a great place to take a road trip break and sleep.

My ownly was problem was I asked for a wake up call & I didn’t receive it. That was very upsetting. If my companion hadn’t put her phone alarm on I would have missed my flight at the airport. That was very unprofessional!!!

As soon as we got there, we had issues with getting the room we had originally reserved and paid for three weeks prior. We ask simply to be on the top floor and even with rooms available we didn’t get that. The photos provided are NOTHING like what is in person. The best thing about it was the location. Period. It wasn’t very clean, it looked so on the surface but not what it seems. We’d reserved a jacuzzi tub and didn’t get that either

The pictures do not match the room we were given. The room was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke to the point it made you feel nauseous. I had already paid for the room and was non refundable and 1am in the morning. We slept there as we didn’t really have another option and woke up at 6am and left. The whole place was creepy. And the photos shown have to be AI because I promise this location does not look anything like pictures shown.

The smoke alarm started chirping at 4:00 a.m.—this should have been checked so that this doesn’t happen to hotel guests. Although bed was comfortable, chair in room needed to be replaced as was old and worn.

The staff was polite. The pictures shown in the ‘ad’ do not look at all like the lobby nor the rooms located at the property. We could not get into our room as the card key didn’t work and the couple we were with had to change rooms because someone was smoking cigarettes and weed in their room. It was noisy and we did not feel safe. We left as soon as we woke up.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my 58 years on Earth. Staff doesn’t speak English well enough to understand anything I said to them. Staff very rude. Room was in horrible condition. Holes in walls. Filth of unknown origin on switches and other places. The sink only provided hot water so I had to get cold water out of the bathtub spigot to take my medications. Pillows were the cheapest I’ve ever encountered and provided 0% support. No way to use tv because there’s no guide or explanation. The dog area outside was entirely full of dog excrement and unusable for my dog. People outside our room in the middle of the night screaming in Spanish. No housekeeping service during our entire 3 day stay. This hotel should be demolished and all staff let go. I will never stay at a Days Inn again and I’m sharing my experience with everyone in know.

The bathroom did not have any toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival. No kleenex either. The coffee machine was complete except there were not any cups for the coffee. Seems like a simple mistake, maybe? In the morning the continental breakfast was a joke. Two types of cereal with milk was the choice. No toast, no porridge, nothing warm. Tang for Orange Juice - really in 2026? We will avoid this place next time.

My only complaint was I paid for a few extra nights but I came back to my room just to find the housekeepers and I'm assuming one of the owners or management was also there. Getting ready to throw my belongings out because apparently there was a misunderstanding. So good thing I came back when I did or I'm sure my belongings would been in the trash . And not one person offered an apology..

The room was awful. The fridge barely worked. The coffee maker didn't work. The bathroom door was failing off the hinges. It was dirty. The neighbor hood was less than desirable. Do not go there my advice.

The staff charged my card for the room cost that was already paid for when it was booked. When I contacted the hotel to inquire about the charges, the person acknowledged the overcharges but was rude and refused to refund them. This is fraud. The room was nasty and smelled like an ashtray.

The person at the front desk gave room keys to a room that was ALREADY in use! I walked in on people sleeping in the beds! Thank god they didn’t chase after me or pull a weapon on me. Towels were stained and tattered. The bed was sagging hard to one side. There was a dirty paper plate left on the floor. The heater buttons were broken. There were cobwebs and dead bums in the corners. If I hadn’t booked online and wasn’t extremely tired from a long day of driving I would have left. The only thing missing was bed bugs.

Our room was filthy. The main door safety lock was broken. My daughter and I had to move a table in front of the door to be safe. The shampoo and conditioner provided were already half used. The comforter was dirty. There were hairs in the bathtub. The sink did not drain. And to top it all off, there was a dead bedbug in the corner. When I brought this up to the check out staff, she was so rude & inconsiderate. We had traveled all day long. We just wanted to eat and sleep when we arrived. That is why we didn't ask for a new room. We were tired. Terrible staff. Terrible customer service.

Not gonna lie after booking I read reviews which wasn't very good so I was kinda sketchy once I got there. However for the price check in was very easy. Staff was very helpful and felt very comfortable considering the price we paid was very cheap. The Hotel staff (did not get her name) was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the sounding area. Which was appreciated greatly. Overall I would say for the price and hospitality I would definitely stay again for an overnight stay.

I dislike Wyndham hotels holding and using my deposit money for 3 to 5 days before refunding. I would agree to paying 3 to 5 days after my stay.

The lobby was very well done and very clean, the remodel is very nice! You can tell they are trying to raise the standards of the hotel, and it shows. The breakfast was minimal, (cereal and cheap muffins) and the orange juice was actually tang in my opinion, but the man working the front desk was nice and kept it tidy. I did love the fact they had EV charging, although we could not use it as there was only one and it was being used, and they have a ton of cameras that you can see all outdoor areas at the front desk, so we know that helps limit unscrupulous behavior, which is good for peace of mind. For the price it was good.

Either the brand isn’t doing their routine Quality Assurance audits or worse, they are and decided this hotel is okay to continue operating. We booked two rooms for a Friday night stay. I’m going to bullet point the all the issues because no one likes reading a super long paragraph. - FIRST- PHOTOS ON WEBISTE ARE PHOTSHOPPED. The property looks nothing like the photos, and this should be illegal. - At check-in the extremely uninterested front desk agent wearing her air pods told us she didn’t have first floor room for my mother-in-law. When I asked why my MIL needed a first-floor room since we didn’t request it, she said “ because clearly she is old” - The first king room we were given smelled like a pack of cigarettes, so I went back to change rooms and received even more attitude from said front desk agent who gave us a 2-queen room instead which is not what we reserved. - Rooms were disgusting. o Stained linens o Mold under the bed o Broken hairdryer and luggage cart o Dirt and grime all over the walls o Missing lightbulbs o Grime and debris stuck to the bedside table - I left my glasses at the hotel, which was clearly my fault, but when I called the hotel around 8am the next Friday when we were heading back through Knoxville again. The GM answered the phone and said he would look and call me back by 9:30 am. Needless to say, I never received a call back.

Very sketchy outside, nothing like the pictures. We walked into our room and got hit in the face with cigarette smell, mold on the pillows, random throw up behind the bed, urine on the wall behind the toilet. Don’t walk around without shoes unless you want your socks to be black, there was random trash underneath the AC unit.

People could just open our door if it wasnt locked and they did.

Room was fine. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling, but ok otherwise. Smelled of weed and lots of activity in the parking lot all night.

There was duck tape on the toilet and the rack above the toilet was broken. Room smelled of smoke and it was supposed to be non smoking. A lot of patch work. I’m pretty sure they will charge for that rack but I’ll definitely book somewhere else next time.

I had holes in my sheets and my bedding from cigarette burns. I asked for new sheets and bedding, and never received it. Would not stay again. Would be a negative rating if possible.

The room had a creepy door that we were not informed of that lead to the room beside us and we could hear the guests in the other room all. night. long. The plumbing was awful, toilet would not flush without plunging multiple times. Water was not hot. We stayed one night for the UT game. Will not stay again.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Not a lot of extras but it felt safe and I would stay there again.

I recommend staying at this hotel. The environment is beautiful quiet and serene.

No credit for the hot water issue offered. Should have had a room credit. Manager just said we should have called back but was not our responsibility to call back when they said they would check. Worst room we have ever had on a trip.

A good spot to spend the night after a vols game. Didn't have any breakfast so cant review that. Check in process was easy. Bathroom seemed to have maybe sawdust? Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Good enough for one night

The only reason I did not rate the facility excellent was because of a slow draining sink and having to lift up the door to lock the deadbolt. These are things that could easily be fixed. It only requires the will to do so. I will say that this is the absolute cleanest hotel that I have stayed in for a long time now. The staff here is Super Nice.

Smoking room on ground floor

The rooms were not as advertised. Definitely misrepresented online. The price was way too high for the quality of the room. I personally wouldn't ever go back. The sick would stop up while brushing your teeth. The toilet seat was broke. It was raining outside and of coarse the floors were concrete and nothing to wipe your feet on, so therefore the while room would get soaked where you walked cause you Definitely wouldn't want to walk barefooted. I wouldn't recommend staying unless you like that kind of atmosphere.

I traveled with my family this weekend for an event because we wanted a place close to the event we booked days inn. But man it was the worst decision ever we were supposed to stay for 3 nights during our first night we couldn't even sleep the place was stink and so uncomfortable at 1 am we had to call the front desk to get a spray First thing in the more. We checked out and went to another hotel Especially if you have small kids please DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE. IT IS TERRIBLE I HOPE I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE OTHER 2 DAYS

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is atrocious. Like, crackheads wandering around the parking lot at night style atrocious. The rooms felt like a prison dorm, and the walls are paper thin. The upper level smells heavily like Indian food. But hey, it’s a really cheap place to sleep with a door that locks. I suppose there are worse places to stay when you travel.

This place is quite a mess .. blood on my sheets, a crazy person living semi-permanently in the room next door.. very, very dirty bed .. manager chose to speak to someone on the phone asking for a refund rather than take care of the customer present waiting for her

They also had a free breakfast but we didn’t get a chance to try it.

Ok for a nites sleep

This hotel was not safe. I had a man walking around with ankle monitor yelling at the upped floor. No one was there. When I informed the front desk they didn't understand what I was talking about. The water pressure was terrible and I got lukewarm water for my shower. Will never stay here again.

The room was small, rundown and the toilet was new but looked like they put the old toilet seat back on and it looked horrible. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room had dust webs all along the ceiling the coffee pot in the room looked like it hasn’t been wiped off in long time acully the only thing I say they wiped clean was the shower but thier was still a used soap bar on the shower shelf and hair on the ceiling also the pictures on your wed site is totally different then what it was and I’m sorry I have to even write this but the door dead bolt wouldn’t even lock so I will not be rooming thier on this next trip

It was close to the job

The property is outdated. You have to go up a lot of stairs to get ro the second floor. Carrying heavy luggage is too much going up stairs.

The room ok. The air conditioner worked well. The included breakfast was very limited, but the price of the room was low.

I was traveling from West Virginia to Ga and stopped here as a resting point for the night. The customer service lady who checked me in was very kind and the check in process was very swift. I just think the place needs to be renovated. There’s pretty bad water damage above the window and there’s no drain stopper in the “soaking” bath tub, which was kind of disappointing.

Vintage hotel feel with outside entrances. Limited breakfast was cereal and muffins. Great beds and a/c. Good sleep at a great price.

Online check in was super quick and easy. The bathroom was dirty, and there was hair in both beds and the sheets were stained on one bed.

There was nothing I liked about the place! When I got there and got a key card and opened the door, the first thing we was greeted with was the smell of weed. There was flys and gnats and the walls and floors were nasty. I felt unsafe the whole time we were there, to the point I pushed the table against the door while we attempted to sleep. I should have looked the reviews up on google to see what they said before booking the room. Needless to say, we will not be back! The unsafe part was my main problem because I had kids and they felt unsafe as well.

Our non-smoking room smelled like it was currently being smoked in as we walked in. The floors were filthy, particularly in the corners. A washcloth from a previous guest was hanging on the shower curtain rod. There were a few bug carcasses in random areas of the room. The curtains had either rot or insect holes in them. If we weren’t so tired, we would have left. My desire for sleep outweighed how grossed out I was.

The bed sheets and blanket were stained and the toilet seat was completely broken. There was a bug in the bed when pulling back the sheets. Not a bed bug but an insect.

EZ on EZ off. Shower areas were not clean but for the price I paid I guess I can't expect much. This place.is good for a night's stay. Not much else.

Breakfast is cereal, dry old muffins, juice and coffee. They really do not want you to eat but it is there.

Yellow toilet seats. Blood on wall upon entering. Paint peeling. The tv had very few channels and no remote. Air didn’t work well. I asked for a room on the ground floor for disability reasons and they gave me an upstairs despite only two cars being in the parking lot.

Alot of noise early in the morning, room floor dirty, needed mopping, bed mattress covering kept moving and causing lumps. Overall I felt the needed to be sanitize

The place was dirty. Bedsheets had burn holes in them. Shower/tub not properly cleaned, still had soap scum and other black and blue dots all in it. The complimentary soap wasn’t even full. Just looked like it had been reused from previous people. The floor wasn’t even swept. The room had a funky smell to it. Overall it was gross. And dirty. You get what you pay for. I don’t see how there were positive reviews in regards to cleanliness. However, the staff was nice.

Seems to be only one employee working and trying to do everything at once. Once in room, lights took a minute to come on. One of the walls look like it just finished getting patched up (horrible) from someone punching it. Shower had barely any water pressure. You are better off sleeping in your car on the side of the interstate

The woman at the desk was great. The hotel room not so much. Our ac didn’t work so she moved us to another room. I DID NOT feel safe at this place. They definitely glamour up the pictures. Our non smoking room was smoked in and a cigarette burn on the lamp. Thank god it was for one night only. We found a much better hotel room the next night for cheaper but it was in a different city.

Beds are very hard. My body feels sore, like laying on a board. Tiny bathroom. Shut the bathroom door, floor dirty behind it, tape, drywall peeling.

I booked 2 different stays. First stay (25-27 june ) was great. 2nd stay 29th- July1st was going ok until the last day when i called in asking for a late check out and thsy said untill 1130 no fee, 1pm 20 dollars. I was gonna ask for the 1pm and pay, but the rude person who was on the phone hung up. So i decided to get out by 1130. Then while i was rushing to pack everything they sent someone who looked like they didnt even work at the hotel to collect the fee. The guy looked suspicious. We told them no and then a while later another person was sent. All this while we were tryin to get our stuff out

This place is disgusting. The photos you are shown of the property are fake, non-existent, or grossly photoshop'd. The lobby photo is fake. There are NO Fitness Centers or Business Centers. The building is falling apart. The plumbing doesn't work. The rooms are filthy and nasty. Their 'breakfast' is nothing more than Fruit Loops and a stale muffin (see my photos). The manager and staff are rude, unprofessional and really don't care about this place.

Room was very dirty and not cleaned. We mentioned this and were given a new room. New room was much better as it was just remodeled, the only issue was there was still construction dust all over the room/bathroom/bedding/etc. Will never stay here again!

Did not feel clean. There were bugs (not bedbugs) in bathroom...I did not feel like the shower was clean enough to take a shower. Housekeeping looked like they gave it a quick mop up...

The bed was comfortable and clean. Check in was perfect and went smoothly. Check out was the same. Location is good. Air conditioning worked excellent. Breakfast was very limited. It had coffee though.
