Location & Staff. The room was reasonably priced and decent for the immediate need. Definitely can use a deep clean. Stained furniture in the room, half cleaned mirrors, very slow drains, hair on the floor and in the shower, less than half full body wash, mold in the shower - at the bottom of the shower doors and in the design creases on the shower wall. Bad touch up paint job in the halls and the rooms. Carpet REALLY needs to be cleaned especially when yall accept pets. Torn window treatments, spills and dirt on the side of the refrigerator. Very Clean and well Maintained. The beds were Very Comfortable. The staff was very Friendly and Helpful The only thing is we had to ask them to empty the trash and ask for towels They didn't make the Beds

Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area

The staff gave the best customer service! Facilities and amenities were top tier! Clean, modern and comfortable. Complimemtary coffee and fruit was just what I needed to get my day started. I found my favorite hotel.

Quick check in and check out, great room, close to so many amenities including UTK. It's ON I-40 so you will hear road noise but we didnt mind. Would absolutely stay here again and probably will! I would ask for the side of the hotel not facing I-40.

I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens.

We stayed for the Luke combs concert. We had so many issues getting a ride share to get back to the hotel. We were stranded downtown for 2 hrs. I called and talked to the man who was working night shift at the hotel he was very understanding and gave me a number for a ride share driver. I called and was finally able to get a ride to the hotel. He was a lifesaver!
