The pool was not open though the weather was nice. (The Hampton’s pool was open.)We stayed for 2 days and there was no towel service the second day. Given the price I expected more.

Superb
- 4/5
Front desk staff very helpful and friendly Cons: reasonably clean, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling Kitchenette was poorly equipped- without utensils or cookware the stove top is useless- only three or four of any piece of flatware or cutlery- tiny trash bin Rather insufficiently stocked or restocked with basics- soap, coffee, shampoo

Didn’t really care for your property because what is advertised on the website is not what the room is setup for. If you look on your own website it’s totally different from what the room has for. Floors , furniture , bathroom, drapes … everything was OLD and a turnoff.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, sizeable rooms and comfy beds
- 4/5
Was glad to have handicap accessible room on 1st floor. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast convenient and offered nice variety. Furniture is old and tired. Needs updating. Pool was closed.

Really appreciated how nice the room was and a well-maintained property!

Had an amazing experience here. No complaints at all

The size of our accommodations, breakfast included, free parking. The gentleman at the desk when we checked in and later that evening was wonderful

Our stay was good with the exception of the pillows on the beds were not at all acceptable. We requested and received extra however each one was the same, zero support or comport. For comparison I would describe them ALL as an empty bean bag that no one wants to sit on.

Exceptional

In perfect area for shopping and dining. Everything is within walking distance and 50 to 60 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Breakfast was okay but didn't have t I pay for it su it all worked out
- 5/5
The hotel and room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great and had a variety of choices. The shower pressure was great! My only complaint would be the pillows were not great. Pretty thin & floppy.
- 5/5
Loved how spacious the room was!!! They had free bottles of water at check out, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed It personally didnt bother us, but the hotel is very close to the main road and you can hear traffic

The room was clean. The staff was great.
- 5/5
Always would love a cheaper price ?
- 3.5/5
Location, water temperature for extremely hot which was nice The bed was horrible, pillows were too soft, water pressure in the shower was low. The view from both windows were bushes.
- 5/5
Lauren was friendly and welcoming.
- 3/5
It is extremely noisy due to the proximity to the highway. It was very difficult to get a good night sleep.
- 5/5
Beautiful room and very spacious!
- 5/5
The front desk staff was spectacular! I was going to recognize one particular staff, but as we stayed all weekend it became apparent that every front desk staffer was spectacular! Answers to every question/problem and very accommodating! Highly recommend this hotel/location!
- 5/5
Clean room. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Pet friendly
- 5/5
Lauren was great
- 3/5
Two bedroom suite is small and dated. The breakfast was okay. Beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
Clean, helpful and kind staff. Perfect place for an overnight stay with teenage boys while on a very long road trip
- 5/5
yes, yes and yes
- 4/5
Nice stay and great area, close to everything you need! Could update the tv and offer maybe streaming sign ins. staying more than a few days i was a little bored with the channels and wanted to catch up on some of my shows. Loved having the kitchen helped with the longer stay.
- 5/5
We had a great experience staying here. It was quiet, clean, and the staff very professional and friendly. We had our dog and there was a nice dog area and paved path behind the hotel.
- 5/5
Hotel is in a great area
- 4/5
Service was excellent, breakfast was great, room was decent, cleanliness was subpar, and bed was terrible.
- 4/5
Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay
- 4/5
Frankly, I was shocked by the state of the room. It was nice! Kitchen, actual bedroom that was separate from the den, breakfast, coffee all day, gym, pool (didn't use) and parking were great. Staff though, polite, helpful and respectful. I will stay here exclusively on my trips to Knoxville. Exceptional stay. Thank you.
- 5/5
The only negative was the smell and no airflow in the stairwell. Bryan Schwitzke
- 5/5
Pet friendly and comfortable. The bed in our room seemed smaller than a normal queen size, but everything was clean and otherwise comfortable.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean, good hospitality, quiet, good location, nice breakfast.
- 5/5
Great facility
- 5/5
Great place, received a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite which was AMAZING for our family. Included 3 TVs, and 2 full baths
- 4/5
Hotel was great. Really close to food options that we could walk to as well as shopping. Only downsides were that the water pressure in shower was awful and we had hoped the pool had stayed open past 10 pm.
- 5/5
The room was very clean except for two moldy walls in the shower area. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet except for the noisy AC fan squeal.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Alot of space inside the rooms and the free breakfast was good and convenient
- 5/5
The only downfall was our room was right next to the highway and the noise was sometimes a bit much.
- 3/5
Room was not cleaned the entire time
- 5/5
My stay was awesome and comfortable
- 5/5
Nice & quiet
- 5/5
Very satisfied
- 5/5
It was great...clean and friendly staff
- 3/5
The property itself is just fine. The worst part of the experience was the employees, particularly what looked to the cleaning and maintenance staff constantly smoking right by the entrance doors to the buildings. one of them was ALWAYS smoking. They left their still smoking cigarette butts still smoking in the disposal receptacles which were, of course, located right by the entrance doors so every time the doors opened that smoke would come into the hallways. The workers themselves wreaked of smoke. For $500+ a night you don't expect this type of annoyance.
- 5/5
Lots of food options near by. Close to Knoxville, friendly staff, safe and decent breakfast!
- 2/5
Immediately getting into the room our toilet was messed up, the sink leaked when you turned it on and the quilted comforter was very dirty . The only resolution was to give me points.
- 5/5
I must say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were very nice. Shower was awesome. Mini Kitchen with full size fridge was a plus. Walking trails and restaurant within eyesight. Front desk staff and housekeeping were always helpful and the gym was great
- 4/5
One night stay was clean and comfortable. I do think the TVs need to be upgraded to smart TVs to allow guests to watch premium movies from Netflix, Starz, Prima, etc.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Lauren at check in was professional and attentive.
- 4/5
The front desk staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Very convenient to I-75 but very noisy due to I-75
- 1/5
Guess that’s how you make money - money made off of people trying to save a little. Congratulations, you just made free $200 of a Teachers. Hope you rest well.
- 5/5
Our experience was a great one. No complains.
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice and quiet
- 5/5
Convinced to dinning options and the city of Knoxville.
- 4/5
Nice stay, hotel could definitely use some improvements.
- 5/5
Great location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance
- 5/5
The hotel staff was courteous and nice. The room was clean and the area safe
- 3/5
The hotel was clean. A little bit of overuse of bleach in our room by the cleaner. Went for a walk on the trail and the trail is right beside the interstate and noisy. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was good and the staff accommodating.

- 5/5
Very clean very friendly and in a nice location on the west end of Knoxville!
- 5/5
Nice lobby, room
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly; however, I wouldn’t stay again. There’s was a knocking sound coming from the refrigerator off and on all night, I messaged the front desk and they said they would have maintenance take a look, it was not fixed. There were dead bugs in the tub and on the curtains. The shower sprayed from every area except where it should have and sprayed the entire bathroom, even the ceiling.
- 5/5
Very easy drive to whatever you need
- 4/5
Would like to have more towels when 3 are in the room and pillows
- 5/5
Would stay again
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Our room was perfect for our family of 4. We had two separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom. A living space and kitchen. The area around the hotel had many options for food.
- 5/5
Well located with many restaurants and shopping options
- 4/5
This hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast leaves much to be desired and the staff is extremely introverted making questions or communication awkward.
- 5/5
Everything was terrific.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and pleasant. I believe the stay would have been OK at $200, but not $500 for the night, which was our charge.
- 5/5
Pleasant staff and clean lobby and room.
- 4/5
Plenty of restaurants but too close to I40
- 5/5
It was great. Full size kitchen, room clean
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Great location, clean, rooms are spacious.
- 3/5
Our room smelled like dog poop! I moved the coffee table and yes a nice huge brown stain! I arrived at hotel exhausted from driving and just went to bed! If HOTELS ARE GOING TO ALLOW ANIMALS IN THE ROOMS RIP OUT CARPET AND USE VINYL FLOORS!
- 1/5
Bed was dirty
- 5/5
Staff were phenomenal. Rooms great and spacious. Wee bit loud if room faces I-40.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. I love the lobby and the room was so clean and tidy. Lovely big space for the family. I would highly recommend this place for family or the business trip.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. I love the lobby and the room was so clean and tidy. Lovely big space for the family. I would highly recommend.
- 3/5
The only issue was the bed was not comfortable and then lights shinning in from the street lights, you were unable to close the curtains
- 2/5
You guys ripped me off on the cost of the hotel, I will NEVER use your service again.
- 4/5
Nice room layout
- 5/5
Beautiful room, beautiful property, outstanding customer service, great free breakfast!
- 5/5
Stayed here for a park and cruise vacation the day before we left port. Hotel was very attractive, clean and service from desk team was exceptional. I recommend if you stay here to prepay for the hotel breakfast at the time of your booking as it is discounted and the breakfast was excellent. This is the only time the discounted breakfast is offered so if you wait until you arrive you will pay full price for the breakfast which is on the more expensive side.

On my first night my kids took a shower and I was surprised that the shower floor was flat it didn’t have an edge or wasn’t surrounded with anything to stop the water! The water went everywhere in the bathroom, I was worried my kids will slip when they use the bathroom so I called front desk to get house keeping to dry my floor she said there was no house keeping and that she has no one to send me some towels to my room for me to dry the floor!!! The next night when I came back to the room it wasn’t cleaned and the wet mountain of towels was still in the bathroom floor I moved on, but I did call to get some sheets for the bed she tells me so WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH SHEETS!!!! That made me so frustrated turns out she was trying to avoid sending sheets because she was the only staff there and had no one to send them!!! Will not stay there again and will not recommend
- 5/5
I liked that everything that I needed was in walking distance
- 5/5
Great sty
- 2/5
When we checked the staff was gracious (faked). When we got to the room I noticed that the floor transition strip had a chunk missing out of it and the chair for the desk needed to be replaced. If the Hilton family needs some money let me know and I think I can buy a new chair for them. The showei head leaked all night long. The thermostat kept going to an error and I had to go to the front desk and have them get ahold of the maintenance man to look at, he seemed to be not caring about my problem. He did come and reset the thermostat. But later it did the same thing and I had to reset it 6 times throughout the night. The kitchen was dirty. The sink had some sort of sticky residue around the drain. The backsplash ledge was dusty. The dishwasher and the refrigerator door gaskets were filthy. For the money I spent and the name of the parent company led me to believe that the standards would be pretty high, Boy was I wrong. I stayed 5 days earlier at the Springfield Suites right across the parking lot and had a better room and service. I feel that I didn't get my money's worth and will never again stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in the future and have notified my friends of my experience and they also said that they wouldn't stay there and pass along the word how terrible this establishment is.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable staff was helpful and friendly
- 5/5
Good overall experience for self and family. We had two suites which were clean, well-kept and spacious. Hot buffet breakfast was very good.
- 5/5
Very nice rooms/suites. Decent cooked breakfast.
- 3/5
My girlfriend didn't sleep well because every door closing and footstep echoes through the building all night.
- 4/5
Very clean and modern
- 4/5
In nice suburban location. Nice breakfast.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Close to.many options shopping and dining. Great stay. Would staynhere again.

It was a lovely hotel.
- 5/5
It was great!! Very clean and great customer service.
- 5/5
Very nice and nice rooms with nice breakfast and lots of outdoor seating. Easy to walk to restaurants or shopping. Would definitely stay again!
- 3/5
Hotel needs a freshen up, been the same for 20 years, just needs upgrading
- 4/5
Great location in Turkey Creek. Facilities and staff were very nice.
- 4/5
The room was nice and the service was good.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
We like the area it was in for convenience.
- 4/5
The hotel is super convenient to the interstate and tons of shopping and dining options!
- 5/5
Room was excellent, staff was kind and helpful. Only concern was that the elevator seemed sketchy. For a period of time it didn't work at all. When it did work, it rumbled in a way that had us discussing what to do it we got stuck. We were on the 4th floor so stairs were inconvenient.
- 5/5
Super friendly and clean room!
- 5/5
Car noise from I-75 is very big to sleep.
- 5/5
I like the close proximity to many events.
- 5/5
keeping superb. Would definitely recommend & repeat stay. Thank You
- 5/5
Location
- 5/5
Suites spacious. Dining area amenable to group gathering.
- 5/5
Great location. Lots of meal and shopping options. Staff was great. Room was clean and as advertised. Common areas looked newly renovated and comfortable. Overall great experience.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean and well maintained! Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel!
- 2/5
On my expedia it showed $199.00 & i paid $360.00 some dollars not impressed
- 5/5
Room was very nice and clean. We ask for extra towels and toiletries and received them promptly.
- 5/5
We stay at this property every four months. My husband has treatment at the Turkey Creek Tennova Hospital so the location is superb. Shopping is close and your choice of restaurants great. Hotel is clean and staff go out of their way to be helpful. Only negative is the noise of Highway if that bothers you.
- 5/5
The property is clean, staff friendly. The room is a good size and clean. There was an odor, like fresh paint or nail polish but not over powering though.
- 3/5
The property was under renovations and looked rough. The first night was horrible. The interstates noise was extremely loud and the bed was as hard as a board. Did not sleep more than a couple hours. The next night they moved us away from the interstate side and it was better.
- 4/5
Accommodations were very comfortable but highway noise is very disturbing while trying to sleep.
- 5/5
Very roomy and great price. Super nice area near lots of shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay here again
- 3/5
Nice hotel but for the cost it's nowhere near worth it. Larger sized rooms but dated TVs, finishings, outlets, etc.
- 4/5
The staff was great, friendly. The room was very dusty, tables, lamps, dressers, nightstands etc. that was very visible and telling it had been a long while. Dining table chairs filthy with stains, couch worn out with dingy dirty pillows. Food left in refrigerator and one bathtub was too disgusting to use. Both needed shower curtains! At room rates this high and sold out they are making the money on these tired rooms to have updated simple things more often!!! We were woke up at 5 am to the smoke alarm because furnace kicked on, neither phone worked in rooms. Had to look up number on cell to call desk and he had to come check it out. Breakfast was good. I’ve stayed at this brand before, very disappointed at the condition of the room we had!
- 2/5
Staying at this hotel was like going back to the 80's, The hotel is old, outdated and in need of a major renovation. Tried to wash clothes, there were 3 washers in the laundry area 1 was working, 2 dryers, 1 was working. Very little parking around the property, if you didn't get there before 7pm, most all the parking spaces were taken. In the room the shower floor was fiberglass and crackled when stepped on. The elevator buttons were missing inside the elevator, carpets needed cleaning. Items in the room were missing- looking in the drawers in the kitchenette, we had 1 spoon, 1 knife, no wine glasses. The reason this hotel advertised a lower price on Expedia, there is a reason!... find something else
- 1/5
Carpet is dirty, kitchen utensils are dirty and not washed properly. Complete room is not cleaned and very old room
- 3/5
Hotel was alittle disappointing. The loading and unloading area was not under cover which is inconvenient when its raining. There wasn't very many luggage carts, so there was a wait for that. The shower curtain had mold on it and around the drain in the tub had mold.
- 2/5
The hotel needs to be refurbished I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and it has the same decor and the room that we stayed in had a musty smell. The breakfast was ok .
- 5/5
Staff was happy to help, room was spotless, and whole experience was smooth sailing.
- 5/5
Check-in was fast and easy. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great.
- 2/5
Instead the homewood suite in Nashville TN was fantastic.
- 3/5
The condition of the property and room was a different story. This location is in need of a face lift. Stinky and outdated.
- 2/5
On checking in, no agent on duty. Waited over 10 minutes for the agent. He was out playing basketball. Checked in. Room had a bad smell. Went down to change room and had to go to the basketball court to get agent. Others told me they had to wait as well. Breakfast was good. Checked out to a very nice agent (Hailey) very polite and sincerely understanding. This is an outdated, stained carpet, stained furniture— low quality for the price of what is expected when you pay more to stay in a Hilton as a Hilton member.
- 2/5
The hotel could definitely use some updating and touch ups. The carpet in the halls and room were disgusting and need to be replaced. The shower has mold. Thankfully, the bedding and towels appeared clean. Too bad the mattress was a worn out sprint mattress. The furniture was very worn and abused The kitchen left a lot to be desired like coffee, plates and silverware. If we had stayed for longer than one night and planned on taking advantage of the promised amenities, we would have left immediately.
- 3/5
The smell of cheap air freshener permeated the hotel. The Ed was not comfortable
- 2/5
I attended the UTK graduation at 8:30 a.m. and arrived back at the hotel to change clothes and check out; due to the crowd and traffic, I arrived at 12:30 to find my belongings had been packed and brought to the front desk; I was not allowed to enter my room to change clothes. There were 2 others in the room and our things were put into the wrong bags!!!
- 5/5
But I spent a good night at this hotel. The man at the front desk was very helpful. He may have been shoveling coal in a furnace when he wasn't helping me. But I spent a good night at this hotel.
