As they have gone the extra mile to create a perfect environment given the space, unfortunately stopped with the entertainment system not having smart tv as that is an absolute standard these days.Keeonin mind rooster farm next door.Getting early morning call lasting all day.

Good location— walking distance to Main Street with great restaurants and massage places! The rooster sounds all night long and the music from hotel breakfast place starts to play at 7:00 am! Really don’t need to set alarm!

We took a lot of time to choose our accommodation in Seminyak area. We were thinking about two other options but finally we took the chance of trying this new hotel. And this was totally the best option. The service was outstanding from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Eddy took well care about everything. The hotel is even more beautiful than you think. The room is very big, you have all the space you need to place your luggage and cloths on a nice little closet. Everything is well cleaned and maintained.The mattress and bed sheets and all the amenities are great quality and all matching for an unbeatable accessible price. The super plus is the big pool : delicious warm and relaxing. The access to the hotel is very easy from main street and parking was so easy. We really enjoyed and extended our stay here several days.

The place is beautiful, with a nice pool view and relaxing atmosphere. The balcony space was great for working or enjoying the surroundings. The room looked smaller than the photos online. The pool has different depth levels — the shallowest part is 1.4 meters, which made it hard for me as a beginner swimmer since there’s most time no one there. Some staff were friendly, but others less so.

I’m a light sleeper , and next to the hotel is a chicken farm. So I wake up few times in the middle of the night due to the rooster very loud and annoying.

All night long chicken and animals screaming non-stop

The property is right next to a field with roosters who start pretty early in the morning so it won't be a good fit if you are a light sleeper

Lovely room for lovely price, room was nice and spacious and clean. We tried the pool too, was lovely and the hotel is close to the main streets. We didn’t enjoy our breakfast. We had to wait 45 minutes and it didn’t really taste nice including our juices. But overall we still had a nice experience.
