Staff, Location and facilities are Great !

The room was clean and spacious, bathroom was big with walk in shower, All staff was very nice and greetable when we saw them. Close to the malls The only thing I did not like was water pressure was light. And TV took while to connect.

Staff were very friendly, the bed was comfortable, the room was nice and cool. The food in the restaurant was good. The pool was nice and refreshing. The fridge in the room made a humming sound for most of the night, which was a bit annoying. There were no plates or cutlery in the kitchenette, so you couldn't really cook anything. Also no table and chairs to eat at comfortably.

The staffs professionally served me, everyone helped well and been so polite. Room is huge, and bright, smelled of spices. This cute hotel provides international connection. Because all of those above, I decided to stay there again before ending my whole vacation. They tried to get me special offer (promotion) and find the best room they have ?. Nothing.

Hot water keeps coming in spurts. Hot, cold, hot again. Towels need replacement.

Location was excellent. Very good restaurants within walking distance. Two large malls were also nearby and we could get quick grabs to the local sights ( Monas monument, which has an excellent history museum at the base), markets, presidential palace, etc. The pool is lovely and looks like it would be relaxing, however, that’s also the smoking section. People are there smoking from morning to night and it’s impossible to sit out there without taking in all the second-hand smoke. It is small quarters and there is no place for the smoke to go but to the pool area. It’s such a lovely area it was disheartening to discover that area was taken over by smokers at the tables. When we went inside to sit at the tables, we were told it was reserved, so ultimately we had one choice - our room. Thank goodness there was a lively restaurant across the street we frequented often. Farm Girl was excellent to sit and relax outside our room.

Location, the staff and The Farm Girl restaurant across the street. All the common areas were either reserved for other groups or men were constantly smoking outside. So there was no comfortable place to sit outside our room.

Design, the staff. This hotel is a great value ! Love it

It’s in a good location. Their restaurant is serving food and beverages from morning till 11pm, makes it easy for the guests to enjoy food and relax at the same time. The bathroom, I wish they remodel the bathroom .

Lovely helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good supply toiletries. Limited tea coffee creamer supply. Decent breakfast. Bathroom could do with an uplift. Took some time to get shower to work. Poor vegetarian selection for dinner or breakfast but staff very flexible and did best to help. Second day breakfast had numerous veggie selection - thanks

Good location and comfy. Please mop the floor until it is dry and mop it in the morning so that it is not slippery. My child slipped while in the room after returning to the room at night. Choose a balcony room but the balcony door cannot be opened.

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Excellent location, just a short walk to Bundaran HI. The door was a little bit squeeky and the sink seemed to have a minor leaking problem, but it didn’t cause much of a problem.

The room was large and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A delicious buffet breakfast that had new dishes everyday. The staff was so welcoming. We couldn’t use the small balcony and the double doors were permanently locked. It would have been nice to at least open the doors.

Great location, close to public transport, rooms were big and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful
