The room was lovely and the building is impressive. The breakfast and staff were so friendly. The pool area is nice and we liked the people there. The bar on 20 was nice and we had a pleasant drink. We didn’t enjoy our check in experience despite being upgraded. It felt rushed and a little over the top in terms of the late check out sell. In general we found the reception staff to be not as good as everywhere else. A little bit like a young club. The bar area downstairs was a little stark and there were only limited bar snack choices. I have never stayed in a Four Seasons before so my expectations were high given the price and they were not met/
