The place was quite strategic, the price was cheap, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious and staff was nice. The telephone in my room was broken so I cannot make a call to the reception from my room.

It is in the middle of nowhere, in the small alley of the darkness, very dangerous environment, far from anything. The traffic to get to the hotel is very bad. It was good from the airport but the last few hundreds meters takes a million years before we can turn into the small alley. I booked through Booking.com. I asked for an invoice when I checked out, but the staff said that they can't issue the invoice because I booked through Booking.com. I sent a message to Booking.com. They confirm that "only the property can issue invoice. Booking.com only serves as the payment intermediary, not responsible for issuing invoice". I sent this message to the hotel but no response from them anymore.

Very central location, friendly staff, and quite good value for money. The rooms and aircon show some age, but the staff make the best of what they have to work with. They seem to take feedback seriously and try to improve. I like that the hotel features water dispensers in the hallway instead of providing bottled water.

I ordered room only, it was good, clean, neat and not as dusty as I would've expected. The Aircon was in bad shape when we came, but after we reported, the technician came by and make sure that the aircon was in cool condition. Quick response, which is good

Fairly simple hotel but reasonably well outfitted and a close walk or taxi to malls and restaurants and the main roads. Shower was decent. Room was stifling hot and humid on arrival. No ac had been turned on prior to arrival even though my arrival time was noted. No bottled water supplied in room. I walked to the Mall to escape the heat whilst room cooled and buy some water. When I returned, I realised water dispensers were in the corridors but I wasn't advised by staff and I think they only put tiny cups in the room anyway. Breakfast was mainly Indonesian food or cereal, I got scrambled eggs on request but it was wayyy salty.
