Breakfast was great: both Western and Indonesia (and on another day, Japanese) options. Coffee was excellent, as you'd expect from a decent restaurant in Indonesia! Staff took care of us quite well. You cannot take an elevator directly to your room from the Ground Floor. There is a lobby near Floor 11, called SL which is where most activities -- restaurant, pool, sauna, gym -- take place. From that secondary lobby, you can catch an elevator to your room. However, in practice, this is not a big deal.

the location is great I think the staff attention to detail in the restaurant need to be improved, I remember mentioned 2 times for hard boiled egg but the on that come is soft boiled, its a simple thing but quite memorable for me

The dryer function with the washing machine didn't work very well. It required more than two rounds to dry off, we had to leave the hotel with semi-wet laundry.

Only bad thing is location, area around is not that good. For someone who wants to walk you will need to pass by dirty, slum streets.

Great location in Kuningan centric area….Really nice design and architecture…brand new hotel…everything smells and look new…good service great breakfast…got an upgraded suite….personal attentive and friendly…close to good restos and markets…amazing night views and pool area. Nothing bad to say

I like everything about the hotel. Interior is very nice , modern , and brand new. The studio is equipped with fridge , washing machine, stove and microwave. This hotel is absolutely my go to place to stay whenever im planning to stay in Jakarta Nothing so far.

it was clean and modern. 24h gym. getting xray check every second. i would sleep in the morning and ask for room cleaning in the evening and the reception guy was rude about it for 2 times.
