Finally, the towel is newer, more white and fluffy. Just need to regularly clean the drainage area in the shower room (seem lots of hair and makes clogging) We have to laundry straight away when it is delivered, paid at the door. Will us running away and not paid???

I stay here on all my visits and recommend it if the location in JKT is what we need. The Aircon started leaking late in evening. Engineering did come soon after but this is not the first time the AC has leaked and maybe some "periodic maintenance" is lacking. It was only slightly inconvenient but can be FIXED.

Breakfast is a rather expensive option but for my purpose, the comfort and convenience it is worth it. Small customer nbs make it easy, the food is quite local with Burbur Ayam my favorite, fresh fruit (juice options could be a bit expanded). Nice location with indoor (AC) and outdoor (Veranda!) for smokers. HUGE RAP (good blessings) for staff Wuri who remember "like" honey. On this trip there was none available (1st morning), next morning Wuri brought me some (from somewhere) and THAT was an action of a an EXCELLENT staff. SHE is enough to bring me back to stay at Veranda. AC leaking, it happened to me in a few rooms. BUT this is NOT a critical issue to me. Some external noise from "some" rooms.

Great eateries surround the hotel, and the staff is helpful. I wish there would be smart TV, but regardless I enjoy watching the local channels.

The room is spacious The window cannot be closed properly so the noise from outside is quite noticeable

Location close to my office, no traffic (jalan tikus), Ranch Market next door. Breakfast is simple but delicious and staff give personalised service. My home in JKT Nothing

The facility conditions are became bad and bad. I have stayed last year too and I can see obviously nothing improved since last year. The water is still leaking from the aircon, moreover the aircon power is very weak and just noisy. Unfortunately I will stay at another hotel next time.

The surrounding is good, very close to supermarket and many restaurant at west jakarta The size of room for 30m2 is still a bit too tight and on the request there’s free extra bed but apparently you have to pay for it
