Location for me was great, and breakfast buffet was good and affordable. A few things needed fixing in the room - not big, but all of them should have easily been seen and fixed by staff every day... But ignored... Eg shower head blocked and nearly unusable, safe unusable, curtains falling off the rails so can not close, tv remote cover cannot stay on - not big but annoying and unnecessary a guest have to ask to fix. Also park in the basement but can not have access to the basement on key card for guests is ludicrous.

Never have i stayed in the same hotel almost every time i visited a location, but here i am spending nights here again. This hotel gives an excellent run for its price. Just one word, AWESOME! Staffs, room, cleanliness, comfort of the bed (love their extra size pillow).

Been our preferred hotel whenever we visited Jakarta. The location is perfect for us although it might not be for everyone. There are tons of nice eateries within walking distance. The staffs are awesome, everyone is kind, helpful and attentive, thumbs up! Their treatment to us is a big factor in our decision entrusting this hotel to give us a comfortable, relaxing nights. The breakfast is awesome! It's more of Indonesian breakfast and contrary to many other hotels at this price point, their breakfast are delicious! Among the few which i rated to be an actual taste of Indonesian food.

We had 3 separate nights here, staff were helpful and very friendly. Restaurant was nice and reasonably priced. I think room cleaning could have been a little better there was a fair bit of dust next to bedside and under bed. But other than that it was of a good standard.
