The room I got had a hint of cigarette and kind of sour odor and it stays in my pajama. The blanket was thin and rough, made me itch, very noisy in the early morning from neighboring mosque. Provided doormat in front of the bathroom (already on the floor and not new), visibly dirty, I was scared to dry my feet there after bathroom. Bath towel was not smelling fresh. Bathroom was the all in 1 room type (no divider from the toilet) so the toilet was always wet, floor was slippery like there's soap residue and sink was clogged. Door has no extra security lock and it did not feel really safe. No amenities like toothbrush or decent soap and shampoo. Wifi was very bad and the lighting was very dark and gloomy. For the price (was almost 400k rupiah per night when I stayed) I expected at least a cleaner room.

the bed sheets were not nice fabric and spots were on them. I expect I fresh bed sheets and out of cotton not synthetic material. loud atmosphere, could not rest, bad Wi-Fi (need maybe an stronger router).

The hospitality of the staff

It was after all possible to check in in the middle of the night and the staff was friendly in general. Room was rather clean. Tiny rooms. Bathroom stank. Communicating via booking messages was utterly useless. The OYO central office just kept insisting that we need to call the hotel directly to confirm the late arrival time. Good luck calling them when your transferring and don't have a local SIM. Very inconvenient!
