Everything in this hotel was above any expectations. The size, design, and cleanliness of the room, a beautiful marble with modern fixtures bathroom, delicious food. But especially I was amazed by the most helpful, caring, friendly, and smiling staff. Honestly I think I had the best service ever. I literally felt I was already in a paradise! Super high level. Very impressive! It’s impossible to find any imperfection there. Everything was just Perfect.

It was one of the greatest times in Jakarta and the employees were helpful and welcoming, they made our stay so special when they knew that I came with my wife for honeymoon in Indonesia. The whole experience was amazing, the Ritz-Carlton lived up to our expectations. Natasha and Vinny decorated the room for our wedding anniversary, it was a such a lovely surprise!! Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special... The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful. The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy. That we had to leave, amazing place...

Superb location, professional staff, great food - from breakfast through lunch to dinner. Spacious room with large bathroom. We could hear the noise from the outside road ( cars, bikes) in our room. The fitness too small for such hotel.

The staff really make this hotel great, the concierge staff even paid for my taxi on arrival as the one I had booked prearrival didn't show up, so I had no local currency. After a long journey from London, and arriving at the hotel at 2am, this was a welcome relief. The club lounge staff were also lovely and gave a friendly and efficient service always remembering my name. The food could be better. Plus the room should be fitted with international power sockets as many of the other 5 star hotels are in Asia now.
