I ordered the Artsy King Room but when i got there, it was full and they upgraded me to premium. To be honest, i am grateful for the upgrade, but somehow i feel the upgrade was not very satisfactory The room is ok, but the walls had like scratches, the working table does not seem like its a 5 star hotel table. Also i understand its holiday season but they really need to keep the children from running in the room corridors cause it's very disturbing.- Also the windows were not very clean for us to even have a good view from our room. The walls, the table, and definitely the food. Ordered room service and the food was not satisfactory. Had breakfast the next morning, also not satisfactory. Could do better.

Maybe a better range of breakfast food. Overall it was still good Maybe I was expecting the indonesian breakfast food to taste original :(

Great location and view The room was disappointing, dirty, outdated, and with an unpleasant smell. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly, as the carpet and even the bed carried a bad odor. There was even a visible stain on the bed frame, which made the room feel even less hygienic. The bathroom was clearly not well-maintained, and overall cleanliness was poor. Amenities were very limited, with no bathrobes provided

Great location. Big room. Modern renovated room. Laundry needs to be reviewed. Sheets are not clean with stains. Gone thru 4 “cleaned” sheets before finding one that is better. Towels are grey and frayed, not so bright nor white.

I love the architecture of the building and the room was really spacious. I noticed that somehow not all side of the building was fully repaired and still need to be paid attention by the management. As for the guest room, there was a little thing that needs to be check, especially for the bathroom and the amenities like the towel. The water was always manage to get spilled into the floor while taking a bath. This is something needs to be checked and repaired immediately. As for the towel, I noticed that the towel was not really clean enough and still smells bad. I hope that after this that all of the towels can be wash carefully, clean enough and smells good.
