+ Friendly and helpful stuff. The staffs at the entrance were happy to help us and assist us on our Grab service. They asked us to sit and wait in the lobby and will inform once our Grab arrived, which is pretty thoughtful. + Very attentive. The housekeepers noticed book in our room and our messy cables so they gave us bookmark and customised The Langham cable ties, which meant a lot to us. - Confusing elevators. Need to access Lobby using Elevator A to 2nd highest floor, then access guest rooms using Elevator B. Guest rooms located at lower level than Lobby so pretty confusing and troublesome. - Big thumbs down was when elevators from GF to Lobby broke down. Guests were asked to use Service Elevator, which required some waiting time since there was only 1 elevator to go up and down. But they fixed this issue pretty overnight. - Location is most suitable for those attending concerts or other events at Gelora Bung Karno. Otherwise, quite a distant from tourist areas. Most suitable for those on business trips I would think.

What is there not to like? Luxury by all means, if it's the modern luxurious room or the phenomenal service for every staff personnel, either at the front desk, on WhatsApp or at breakfast. The location is fantastic and close to everything Jakarta has to offer. The Japanese toilet brought me back to Japan. The lobby is on the 62nd floor and all of the facilities are on lower floors and there isn't any elevator to pass directly to the entrance or lower floors without passing through the lobby, which is a bit annoying, but the view is a great compensation.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, anxious to help, would try and do whatever they could to make our stay great. Most of the staff (concierge, front office, restaurants, pool attendants - just everyone) were exceptional. We celebrated my partner's birthday while there, and she had no less than 5 celebrations/birthday cakes on the day (breakfast, lunch, bar pre-dinner, dinner and one in our room when we finished for the evening ! We will definitely stay again - and catch up with our new friends on staff !!! We had a slight problem when we were first allocated a room - there was not enough wardrobe space for a 12-night stay ! But a quick comment to the concierge (Eveline) and within an hour they had shown us two other rooms, and then helped us shift to the new room which met our requirements.

It is a beautiful property, and the staff are amazing at welcoming you and they have a high degree of customer service. The location was great, and it felt very chic and luxurious. While the property was super fancy, the actual rooms were a bit underwhelming. They were just fine, but I guess I was expecting a little more for the price point.

Room & bathroom interior Receptionist area. For 5 stars hotel, guest should have seat at the reception desk while checking in process. On Saturday night i can hear loud music outside, the room (5608) is not soundproof from external noise.
