location is close to shopping areas. This the main reason we chose the hotel as we only had short time transiting in Jakarta The swimming pool as not clean and the surrounding areas seems not well maintained.

Breakfast very good Check-in, we stood in que, receptionist in our que, finished person she was assisting, walk off, we thought to assist further, came back to reception , picked up, held to her ear, but her mouth never moved. After about 2 or 3 minutes she hung up phone and walked away with us still waiting for her without saying anything. We then had to join back of another que. Evening meal Not served in restruant but in exec lounge. Choice was limited, not what expected from 5* hotel

Great location, clean and cozy rooms, beautiful view from the window, only 10–20 minutes by taxi to the best malls, plenty of cafes nearby, good breakfast and a very comfortable bed!

The breakfast has many options. Very good service. The beds were comfortable, and the wifi was fast. The staff also gave us complimentary chocolate. Overall, this is a good accommodation. it ok

all facilities were good - great breakfast buffet, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff there is a smoking area right outside the gym. you couldn't smell it inside the gym but walking through it before and after a workout was really unpleasant.
