Loooooooving the style of this hotel ?? The lobby was too small for peak season when the queues were long on every front desk officer.

Only stayed 1 night but everything was fantastic. Great hotel, lovely amenities, delicious breakfast, and very friendly staff (shoutout to Aul at the checkin desk). Gym had everything I needed. Loved the huge shower in particular! They also provide Bluetooth speakers in-room, which was a nice touch. I had a connecting room during my stay and there was trouble with noise from the other guest during the night (not the hotel’s fault). I chatted the hotel’s WhatsApp number and they handled everything very promptly, professionally, and moved me to another room when I requested. I felt absolutely accommodated for — thank you!

The hotel is uniquely designed, very comfortable bed and staff working here are all very very friendly.

Quirky touches. Smart tv. Next to mall with many food options. Toilet in the room leaked. Should look into it.

The decor is quite unique and modern, it reminds me of the setting of my fav series Friends. It’s spacious, and very clean. The location is amazing, it’s in the Astha Building, there are so many trendy cafes and shops. We choose this hotel because we want to go for a walk at CFD (car free day) Sudirman, it’s perfect location. The lighting somehow it’s a bit dark for me, and there is a leaking in the plumbing i guess, I could hear the water drop at night, it’s a bit inconvenience.

The air conditioning The rules of the hotel should be more flexible, I informed them I have an emergency case and need to checkout 2 days ago. But already they take their money and said sorry we can’t cancel anything. Already I nformed them 24h before.

The ambience , the room is comfort, their staffs are kind. They give us surprise for our anniversary. The location is next to astha mall so easy to find restaurant and shopping.

Checking out. The lights were faulty, and the bathroom and under-bed lights could not be turned off. I had difficulty reaching reception using the old phones and was given conflicting information: first, I was told the switch was by the bed — no, then the next call — by the door — no, and finally, that a technician would need to come and unplug the lights. This was almost at midnight. I declined, as all my personal items were out. Shortly after, the air conditioner started making a high-pitched rattling noise, forcing me to turn it off. It was impossible to sleep. The basic expectations of a hotel stay were not met.

Room are spacious and well decorated Sound proofing, you could hear klaxon from the street or people taking in the corridor. I came late the first night and I was enable to turn off the light due to switch problem, they offer me to change room but the keys they provided for the new room weren't working so can't sleep the first night. The next day they apologize, i asked for an upgrade room to compensate the first terrible night but they refused and just offer a late checking at 2pm . The staff are polite and try to help butwith unfortunately a lack of efficiency.

Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located in the Sudirman district and on top of Ashta mall. The breakfast buffet is a great spread, the staff are attentive and remember you, and gym also has a lot of good facilities. The rooms are charming with a good view. Overall a great stay. Ps for those who do not know Sudirman has a car free day on Sunday mornings so cabs cannot come to the hotel. Would recommend getting a grab bike or walking out of the area before ordering a grab!
