Great strategic location. Breakfast was okay. Room was not well maintained. Tape was peeling off on the wall. Breakfast staff was not attentive, lacked explanation.

The location is very strategic. Ashta is only 5-minute walk from the hotel and plenty of restaurants and cafes around the area. The room also feels luxurious. Traffic around the area is pretty bad. There was also a funky smell coming from the toilet drain. Since they allow smoking at the restaurant, expect the corridor and the room to smell as well.

An amazing 3-night experience at Loft29. From the very beginning, Davidee, the host and owner, communicated intensively and was quick to respond. The location is close to St. Peter's Basilica, close to the Metro station (Cipro) and directly across from a 24-hour Carrefour. Davide is very friendly and helpful, and quite flexible, we were able to store our luggage before check-in time. Davide gave us lots of great local tips. When I shared this place on my social media, many people asked about it, I was worried that as it became more popular it would be difficult to book or the price would increase. On the one hand, I wanted more people to get the chance to know this place, but on the other hand, I was worried that it would be even more difficult because of the high demand, a wonderful dilemma, right Davide?.

Restaurant is a smoking area so, as a non-smoker, we cannot eat lunch and dinner there because many people are smoking. It’s too bad we cannot do so because our breakfast is always good.

The room was excellent: clean, posh decor, good quality furnishings, well-kept. We even got a free upgrade to the Wood floor even though we booked on the White. Location was excellent, of course, and the fact that the hotel doesn't have too many rooms was actually a plus point because it felt like a cosier, more intimate kind of place. The front desk receptionist was a little ditsy; it took her a really long time to check us in because she kept making small mistakes with my details on the form. Other than that, no complaints.

This hotel is a true gem! The interiors transport you straight into an Agatha Christie novel – elegant, timeless, and full of character. You almost expect to meet Poirot around the corner! The food was outstanding, with every meal crafted to perfection, and the staff were exceptional – warm, attentive, and always helpful. A perfect blend of mystery and comfort, this hotel is an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended! -

Central location in CBD next to Ashta The building is old, and they have a restaurant/dinner rooms and private clubs on site that allowed smoking. The smell goes into rooms...And they have to deodorise the smell away.

The look and feel of the room is great The had probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts I ever had, the toilet didn't flush and the hotel wifi was not easily acccessible.

location, the Sofia cafe were nice. breakfast quality is questionable. during my stay, there was shell in the omelette in 3 different mornings. In addition, I ordered the cheese toast 3 different morning. Every time the amount of cheese was different, in one of them, I had to open the toast to see if there is any cheese... For this price of a hotel, you expect better.
