The hospitality and the food at the restaurant. They renovate the room and makes the hotel more modern, not like old hotel anymore Ok, here is one weakness and negative side of this hotel. At night, the sound of motorcycles and cars from the street are really loud in the room and really annoying. My best suggestion is you can add double windows for the windows that face the street. I saw that you still renovating the hotel. Adding extra glass (double windows) really help with the sound. Please consider it.

Wide variety of ethnicities style of foods. Although they missed the point on their interpretation of Baked Beans - which they served cold. Bacon wasn't an option. The renovations, which on 1 night continued up to 9:30pm with jackhammer. The Room on reentering had a foul smell which I would call organic fertilizer (Manure), possibly in the Air-conditioner vents. Air-conditioner didn't stay on the temperature we put into the controller. To access the pool you had to walk through the main Foyer - Not smart especially after swimming and wet bathers - could cause a slips Hazard for others.

Everything was great Two days I had to pay 150$!!! per night. That discouraged me. And first week the pool was not available. The rest is good

Having Sop Buntut on ur breakfast menu is definitely a good selling point as not many (I've never known of any) hotels offer SB on their breakfast buffet menu. My client who stayed at sari pacific with me in my previous trip was also pleasantly surprised and commented that it's a really good thing that you guys did by serving tat. Generally most things were of quality standard. May I pls suggest: - Where the egg station is. - In front of the egg station there are 2 dishes - one with sausage the other with another dish - These 2 trays are placed in a precarious spot. - If the guests open the covers of any of those dishes too fast or hard, it will one day shatter the glass of the egg station. - I notice there is already a crack on the glass above the left dish tray. The location I book a club room for more privacy. I didn’t expect the breakfast not on tne club lounge, this is my first experience on 5 star hotel the breakfast is not on lounge for club room
