i love everything’s in here, the master bedroom’s spacious and the living room also spacious. they have washing machine and it is very useful. definitely will go back for next staycation. the pillow a bit hard, and we also got low floor but overall are great!

Value for money , good location near the mall and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing major apart from the crowded area surrounding the building.

Almost everything From the moment we checked in, warm greeted by security & front desk staff. Location is great, next to mall. We were lucky, we get upgraded to beautiful unit apartment! Kitchen equipment was excellent, 2 bedrooms was spacious. We will stay again soon Bathroom need extra attention, i found mould at the corner.

It's always great to stay here. Staff across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Security are all warm and friendly. The place has a strong customer focus. Clean Rooms. Perhaps the best value for money. All good.

New, large, and spotless. All facilities are amazing. Managed by ascott, so did hope it would be great. No sleep since they didn't invest in normal windows. You can't get any sleep thanks to trucks and crazed motorists on Satrio Street. Furthermore, i was scolded by hot water when lights went out and didn't even get apologies from the front desk until I faced them. It took them half an hour to fix the lights, and we were getting ready for an early plane. Disrespect for the safety and health of the guests. No more ascott in Indonesia for us.

Walking distance to a large mall, relatively close to LRT and MRT station to get around Jakarta and surroundings. Apartment unit definitely felt 'old'. Hot water was not running smoothly, and we had to ask for kitchen towels. Breakfast service at the top of the apartment was not worth it.

Its a hotel located very nicely in south Jakarta with a lot of malls around. The apartments are spacious, clean and complete. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and recommendable

the location uncomfortable experience. I’ve booked a classic 2 room wirh breakfast for 3 adult and 1 child 9y. The management, I didn’t know why, they upgraded our room to excecutive 2 rooms, for 3 adult. Then in breakfast time they text me and asked to pay for the child. This was the first time for me that I booked room with breakfast for 4 peoples then because they upgrade my room and I have to pay for 1 more for breakfast. This was weird, as I’ve already stayed in many hotels in many counties. They said they forgot to explain that rule to booking.com since I take the room from them. Later they said they gave me a complimentary for the child breakfast and I didn’t have to pay. For me, its not fair, its’ not a complementary bec I payed it.
