Nice hotel with good facilities. Most staff were pleasant. The restaurant was awful. Food was poor and service very slow. When our food arrived, they turned off the background music and started rearranging the tables and chairs all around us. This made it an unpleasant experience. When we complained when leaving, the woman taking our money just smiled and reacted like we were complimenting her! We also had a call from reception asking how our stay was. We told them about the bad experience at the restaurant, but they just thanked us for our answer and made no attempt at apologising or improving things. If you are not going to react to criticism, don't bother asking.

The first room I was placed in had mold all over the ceiling (lots of it!). They moved me to another room that didn’t have mold but was not in good maintenance.

Suite room was very large and has a laundry machine. TV didn't have a netflix option.

Excellent and very well kept hotel. Rooms are very large, clean, comfortable and quiet. An oasis in Glodok. The service is also excellent. I had left a package in a taxi taking me to the hotel, the concierge went above and beyond to retrieve it . I thought my package was lost for good, in less than 1 hour it was re delivered to my room. Food is good, breakfast buffet is huge. No negatives whatsoever.
